Latest rumor is that HC will be in Shazam.
According to Zachary Levi filming is starting soon. Currently, HC is starring in the never-ending MI6.

Having Dany Garcia and The Rock as close allies, I guess is paying off. As that article states: Dwayne Johnson wants HC in his movie, Black Adam. As the Rock is quite ‘powerful’ these days, maybe he’ll get his wish...so good for HC’s Superman.

If you look at Dwayne's long list of upcoming projects, there is no way. Dwayne is rumored to play Black Adam in SS2, because it's the Rock first before anything. What Dwayne is rumored to state is that he wants SM to star in Black Adam but in the meantime and in between time, he will fill up his calendar with films that will shoot now -- not later. Who knows if HC will play SM in the distant future?
SS2 will be out in 2019 with the Rock. Black Adam does not have a release date, and that makes sense. Since, WB would like to introduce Black Adam to moviegoers in SS2.
The Rock has 5 projects to shoot right now, and if that's the case, HC will be 40+ when the Rock's schedule clears.

I see that's a mix of stunt crew and film crew. I wonder why HC has to hang out with the below the line folks all the time. Just saying. . . Anyway, good find, phoebe. I hope this signals the end of filming.

Seriously, they couldn't pay me enough to do this long shoot unless the paper was really long. I mean this film started in April, and that makes it a 11 month shoot. HC could have shot 2 to 3 films in a year to increase his odds to stay relevant.
Don't get me wrong MI6 is a good gig, but it is long in the tooth. What if it's another dud or doesn't showcase him in a good way? He's azz out in that case with nothing on the horizon.
I feel it's best for HC to increase his odds and don't let one project consume all of his time. Sure, it's fine if it pays off, but so far he's not a household name.
I suggest he get a great TV part that would require no more than 6 to 8 weeks of his time and find some film work.
