A lot of views on youtube videos come from 3rd world countries, Asian countries and the Middle East. I would not be surprised that the video is blocked in quite a few countries. In Russia, for example, it would be age restricted.

There’s only so many gays... You know unlike we would like to think, there’s still a lot of people against the “gay agenda”.

I can understand that. But, to be fair, one could say that Beyonce is fake and calculated and her music hasn't been that great lately in my humble opinion. But, she's more famous than ever! I just wonder what it is about Taylor specifically.

Beyonce hasn’t released in a while now who knows if she would have the same fate. I know Taylor is bombing is because she gave us high expectations with 1989 & the music after that record have been awful let’s be honest.

Dedicate was the only good single since.

Beyoncé is miles above Taylor Swift in terms of superstar status and she has a much more dedicated fanbase. I doubt her commercial power is over considering Lemonade and her live album both just spent time in the top 10 at the same damn time.

Taylor's pop status isn't that interesting tbh. Give her a guitar and make her write country tunes and then we'll talk. It's obvious that the world hasn't really been here for Taylor as she's tumbling down the charts like there's no tomorrow. The issue isn't it having a gay message because Meh! experienced the same downfall. It's about her not being that interesting as a pop artist as Beyoncé, Rihanna, Gaga etc. People are over bubblegum pop which explains why Katy is flopping hard as well.

I like how you added Gaga in there who was also falling down the charts as well until she jump on a soundtrack to a well known franchise that was remade. Although i do think Gaga is more interesting than Taylor but Beyonce & Rihanna have shown to have successful eras simply on their own. Let’s see if Gaga can do the same.

Not you thinking the movie grossed over $200 million in the US because people were interested in seeing how "a new version would turn out". YOU said nobody knew this was a remake that is a LIE! Just because it didn’t have huge weekend opening numbers doesn’t mean people didn’t know it was a remake. Yes good word of mouth helped his film because it had a good story.

Yes Shallow is a good song that most likely would of had the same success if “Adele, Beyonce or Christina” sung it for the film especially Beyonce since she had that role first then gave Gaga her seconds. I guess the lion King was a better deal.

Gaga was a flop before this film then this film saved her career. Beyonce or Rihanna can’t relate. Rihanna has the most anticipated album of 2019 right behind Adele.
