It was flip-flopping between with spaces and no spaces for a while before release. Not sure when Amazon changed it from no space to with spaces but on November 18, the title 100% did not have spaces.

Could the fact that it's been changed to the spaced form since (and stayed that way), the use of the spaced form in those trailers and on the Japanese official site, and that the sequel movie has always had its title spaced suggest that the unspaced variant was an unintentional error that has since been corrected?
