where they say they broke down the SOUNDS coming from the VICTROLA (the OLD ANTIQUE RECORD PLAYER in the LODGE) ... and that the SOUND coming from it MATCHES the SOUND of the LEVER being pulled on the SLOT MACHINES.

Wow, I had wondered what that sound was- never would have guessed that.

And the COOPER/DOUGIE VERSION who DISAPPEARS and turns into the GOLDEN BALL was also wearing the GOLD COLORED COAT that the other DETECTIVE WORE in BLUE VELVET.

...and Dougie was wearing the green ring.

Wow is right.

I typed up a response several hours ago and it's disappeared.

Maybe because I forgot to click SUBMIT?

Or has BOB been here messing around?

Anyhow, the missing message back to you also discussed how the DOUGIE/COOP also VOMITS up the CREAMED CORN or the GARMONBOZIA (PAIN and SUFFERING) at the same time as the COOPER/BOB does inside of the CAR ...

right after the accident ...

when the car rolls over ...

and we see the CLOCK on the DASHBOARD SAYS: 2:52 or 2:53 which is just before 3 PM (which also MATCHES the TIME on the watch of the other woman that the other COOP sees when he comes back inside again after the EYELESS WOMAN FLOATS away).

And the other COOP who is inside of the room with the EYELESS WOMAN also sees the number 3 on the other thing that he gets SUCKED into that also leaves behind his SHOES.

So as that COOP is SUCKED into that thing in that ROOM, the other versions of him get returned to the LODGE again.

And before COOP goes outside on top of the roof and the EYELESS WOMAN FLOATS away into SPACE (after she pulls the LEVER like the SLOT MACHINES have), then the THING that COOP is SUCKED into also had another DIFFERENT NUMBER on it (NUMBER 15).

So could that NUMBER also represent THE TIME?

But what would NUMBER 15 mean that was there before the NUMBER 3?

LOL Jesus Christ Invidia, how the hell did you pick up all this stuff without even watching the episode? It's amazing. grinning I forgot all about the eyeless woman. That scene was out there.

Coopers room at the great northern hotel was #315. Maybe this relates to the numbers 3 and 15 appearing in that scene?

Yes! I picked up on that one on my first viewing.

rofl @ CREAMED CORN

CREAMED CORN or the GARMONBOZIA
(PAIN and SUFFERING)

That's what I thought it represented too...and EVIL .

Yes, exactly! AND the ARM TREE actually tells Cooper "253 time and time again...Bob...Bob...Bob!" The exchange time between evil Cooper and Cooper was supposed to be 2:53.

And the other COOP who is inside of the room with the EYELESS WOMAN also sees the number 3 on the other thing that he gets SUCKED into that also leaves behind his SHOES.

There was also another thing (socket/plug box?) that had the number 15 on it.

So as that COOP is SUCKED into that thing in that ROOM, the other versions of him get returned to the LODGE again.

Yes.

I saw. See what I wrote above.

So could that NUMBER also represent THE TIME? But what would NUMBER 15 mean that was there before the NUMBER 3?

Probably will be revealed later.

thumbsup_tone2 Oh I like this! They did make a point of showing close-ups( a few times) of his hotel room key.

may also mean DOUGIE/COOP was a DECOY BAD/COOP used so that he himself wouldn't get SUCKED back in again:

Yes, The one armed man says to Dougie, " Someone manufactured you for a purpose...but now has been fulfilled." Evil Cooper? If so I say Bob had to have been helping Evil Cooper because Dougie was wearing the green ring.

Maybe that also explains the reason why he's acting like a ROBOT by repeating things that others say? Because BAD COOP also still has control of his brain?

I think it is because the ARM TREE'S evil doppleganger pushed Cooper out of the BL the way he did- not at the correct spot /the wrong co ordinance and yelling, "Non-exist-tant!" and sending him on that bounce across many realms journey that scrambled his mind.

@Invidia said:

Good catch!!!

I changed the "before it was time" to "not at the correct spot " because the zig-zag floor started to pulsate and rise up and down causing Cooper to move from where he was standing to leave at 2:53.

The SEE THROUGH BOX also acts like an OLD FASHIONED CAMERA ... one with the ACCORDIAN type of device attached to it?

It seemed to when Cooper landed on top of it and then appeared in it.

And those doing the REVIEW also say maybe the TREE sent COOP to another dimension so that the other CREATURE who kills the couple could kill them?

This could very well be. I thought it was because the Evil ARM TREE was siding with/helping Evil Cooper.

Because we also see EC using the computer to search the files of the PRISON where RAY is located. And RAY is the one who is suppose to know what the SYMBOL on the ACE of SPADES card means?

Yes, I wondered why Ray would know but Evil Cooper doesn't seem to know?

Any idea what that thing in the middle of the CARD could mean?

I was planning on asking you that question.

It looks like a large faced, small eared dog?

Could it be the DOPPLEGANGER of the other thing that we saw enter the BOX?

Did you notice at first that thing in the glass box was actually a woman? A demure looking lady wearing a hat and a long dress , then it started to change/pulsate, then it was a nude alien looking female, then it completely morphed into that glob looking killer thing.

Apparently the TREE with the talking mouth also has a DOPPLEGANGER as well?

When waiting for Cooper to leave, The one armed man said "Somethings wrong!" The (pinkish) ARM TREE yelled , " MY DOPPLEGANGER!!"

That's when the (yellowish) EVIL ARM TREE made the floor shake, telling him he was non-exist-ant and hurling him through time and space and all else in between.

@Invidia said:

So could that be the thing that manufactures or made the other DOUGIE COOP???

Could be. No one knows who owns /is running it/funding. Sam, the murdered guy who worked there told Tracy , the murdered 'bring you coffee' woman ,

'rumor has it some rich billionaire owns it. '

The FBI could not find anything out about it.

@Invidia said:

Evil COOP also thought he was speaking to JEFFRIES (aka: David BOWIE) when he's searching the FILES of the PRISON, but apparently it wasn't.

And since GORDON COLE is his boss, perhaps we'll discover the BILLIONAIRE MAN behind the CURTIAN in this LAND of OZ is COLE???

One of The SHOT by shot dudes also just pointed out how another name for a SLOT MACHINE is ONE ARMED BANDIT.

He most definitely was NOT talking to Jefferies because when we see Jefferies in FWWM he clearly has a southern accent and the voice on the other end that evil Coop was talking to clearly did not have an accent. I highly doubt Lynch would over look this and he must have purposely had Bowie speaking in this accent since he is BRITISH.

RIP Bowie BTW. Woulda been great to have him in this.

But this begs the question WHY was Dougie wearing the ring if he is not a real person? I thought the ring was used to prevent evil spirits from possessing vehicles (human bodies) in our world?

Agreed.

I know. That has me stumped too- but he was wearing it, I noticed that immediately upon first viewing.

I thought the ring was used to prevent evil spirits from possessing vehicles (human bodies) in our world?

No. I'm sure that's not it, because Leland wore the ring when he was possessed by Bob and it was on Coopers finger when he got possessed by Bob.

I thought it was Bob's ring. I thought the ring meant whoever was wearing it was possessed by Bob.

No, because in FWWM, in the murder scene, we see Mike run up to the train car and throw the ring in the car. Laura quickly puts it on and it throws Bob into a rage because he wanted to possess Laura's body but now he cannot. In a rage, he forces Leland to murder Laura and Laura _knew_this would happen but she would rather die than have Bob possess her.

However, this brings up another question. What ARE Mike's intentions? He throws the ring to help Laura yet later we see him collecting (and demanding) a share of garmonbozia. So WTF? Is he a good guy or bad guy or WHAT?

:smacks head: :throws hands up: :befuddled: :stumped:

Just when I think I 'get' it- weary it's wrong ?

So how/why was both Leland and Cooper wearing the ring when it was shown that Bob was possessing them?

I 'd say or WHAT because rofl apparently I may not know anything.
