You mean that's the only ay I am going to get an answer to my question? This reminds me when I was a kid and when I would ask my mom what a word meant. She would say, "Look it up in the dictionary." Except that was easier because I didn't have to read the entire fucking dictionary to get my answer. At least tell me which episode it is, mom.

I am a newbie to the original series and I would tell you, but I'm not sure exactly which episode it was that explained that.

In answer to your original question, It was my understanding that the Black Lodge is where ones opposite half already resides- TP aficionados please correct me if I am wrong.

Same here. I am also one of the few people who loved the movie upon release and thought it was a vast improvement to the show. However I loved the entire mythos. Wonderful story.

This has also happened MANY TIMES to other AGENTS (like to AGENT JEFFRIES) besides COOP. Agent Phillip Jeffries reappeared at the FBI office in Philadelphia after two years missing. Cole, along with Cooper and Albert Rosenfield, tried to make sense of Jeffries' story, shortly before Jeffries disappeared from the office once again.

When I first started to watch I noted that many agents kept disappearing.

I have a question about something that really bugged me ( I hope I can explain it here clearly), Right before Agent Jeffries reappeared at the FBI office, Cooper kept going into the hallway looking at the surveillance camera then he would go back into the surveillance camera room and look at the surveillance camera's monitor , he did that several times and then while looking at the surveillance camera's monitor Cooper saw himself still out in the hallway! What was that about??

I have not seen Inland Empire.

That I believe is a by-product of traveling in between dimensions where time seems to skip a beat. Somehow Jeffries opened up a portal and used it.

Inland Empire is tough. It is out there to the max. A fun watch nonetheless but it will try your patience at times.

Whoa Invidia, thanks for the info. I had no idea that there was so much back story. Is all that stuff that happens pre Twin Peaks timeline given in the show? With Gordon going to FBI school with Jeffries?

She really is, even if you disagree with her- her feedback is fantastic. She could have her own movie data base site.

It was like a "glitch in the matrix" sorta deal. When Jeffries opened the portal time had "paused" for a bit which is how Coop was able to see himself in the camera.
