On Making the Cut we did find it interesting that they are assigning seamstresses to work overnight to do basic and mundane tasks on the looks. This is far more accurate to actual fashion work.

We think the budget on Next Fashion Star must be low compared to Project Runway or Making the Cut. Having to move the workroom into the green room area so they could build the stage in the original work area was a poor choice. We can't disagree with the eliminated design.

Yeah, that seems cumbersome to swap out the rooms, but they get it right with the eliminated design.

Do we want to move conversations on those shows to their own boards?

Hello stranger. I have been off this board for a while. I haven’t been watching the current season of PR but I’ll catch it at some point. I have streaming now so I could watch Amazon Prime. Just have to set up the account.

Hi, you two. Missed you both. My wife and I have been watching the current PR. Mixed feelings. We've seen some good looks, but not as many as in past years in our opinion. And after several years of minimal drama, this year has had a lot. Let me know what you guys think when you have a chance to watch.

I'll probably start soon, as other shows take a holiday break. I watched the premiere episode of this season but just had to let some go. As I recall there did seem to be drama potential. It's been so long I will probably have to watch it again before resuming the rest of it.

I thought this show has MORE great designers than seasons past. I only wished that the avant-garde competition was not a duo.

Oh, I am! I am glad that they brought back Laurence. I didn't think she should have won the last challenge, but I did like the bottom half of the outfit.

I am liking the season and happy to see some the returning designers. I am having some big disagreeements with the judges which makes it interesting, I guess🤣

I didn't like Laurence's look at all, I acutally would have had her in the bottom with Kayne. I think Prajje was the clear winner and Bishme the clear runner up.

I do wonder why some of the people were cast in an all-star season. Hello, Anna.

I'm worried for my man Fabio. His look this week, and most actually, have been pretty safe. I don't think I'd have had him bottom, but he needs to step it up. Rami is another that has been a middle dweller and frankly, I think could have gone home at least once. Brittany has been a pleasant suprise. Her winning look from the last challenge I think has been my favorite of the season so far.

OK, weird. I did reply on the 15th and its not showing. Anyway, I'm here. Interesting season so far. As usual both agree and disagree with the judges.

Glad you are both here. I haven't found good commentary on this show on any other platform.
