@ArcherOG sooooo you don't like Janis Joplin? Just curious. But in all honesty not sure what cigarettes/alcohol and singing (because those items actually harm singing) has to do with skinny/fat/short/tall etc...etc = actor/actress. Seriously that is actually asinine.
The general consensus is if you are going to choose a profession where people have to look at you consistently then proper etiquette dictates that you try and look the best possible. It also makes more sense for the actor to do this if they want to get more roles. If you are going to choose to be sloppy then you better be friggin' Cate Blanchett in the acting chops department because dumpy looking, mediocre actors are not in high demand. I know she just had a baby so she deserves some slack but young actors can and should try to maintain a nice physique.

I think the primary point to be made here, is that fat people wouldn't be around at this stage of an apocalyptic scenario. They would have been eaten by now.
Negan also seems to target fat people, lol.
Actually it goes back to when they first met and the girl gave her the middle finger. More of a joke than an actual FU.
Not quite. Little girl wanted to kill Tara. Didn't get her wish. Little girl then spat at Tara, as Tara was walking out of the compound, never to return. So Tara flipped her off. Technically, that's twice that Tara has flipped off the little girl and twice that I got a laugh out of it.

I'm kind of amazed that nobody is protesting Negan's attitude to "fat shaming" or "body shaming" or whatever these nutty lefties want to call it these days.

Well Negan's the villain. It's kinda silly to get on his case about fat shaming when he's burning people's faces off.

Yes, at this stage of the game fat people wouldn't be around anymore because they'd all be thin people. Rationing would demand they get the same share as everyone else. So if you remain overweight everyone's going to know you're hoarding supplies. Good way to get your ass kicked. And your living area ransacked, to retrieve said supplies.

Hey LizDuv,
ArcherOG comparison was abstract. Added you put the legendary Janis Joplin in his cross-hairs does make it seem silly. So let's be more specific yet continue ArcherOG's point.
Example: HLN's Robin Meade. She's gorgeous, smart, charismatic, sexy, and professional. Once considered easy on the eyes and ears. But you'd be wearing rose colored glasses if you ignored the toll cigarettes has taken on her voice. Now does that make me a troll for pointing out an obvious observation, especially since it's part of her role. Like wise the fore mentioned character on TWD is a concern as her appearance distracts from the presentation of the theater performance. It's not a troll like thing to point out such a thing, nor is it an attack on the person. Just an observation on the performance (not the performer).
No matter how fair or unfair it is, people watch shows with characters whose appearance they like. The average TV watcher makes choices based on looks. Especially women. I know three girls who quit Dr Who the moment an old guy took over. Didn't even try it. (not that they are missing anything) and a few other girls who wouldn't go see the last Ct America because they heard that he never takes his shirt off.
Humans are, by and large, shallow in this way. TV shows want money and viewers. If a show wants social fairness more than that then it is doomed. (obviously there are a few exceptions like "Girls")

I used to watch Girls until the fat ugly one kept taking her clothes off every episode and I finally said, "fuck this" . It was grossing me out.

LOL. I have never watched a single episode of that show. I just hear that it is popular and smells bad.
