POSSIBLE SPOILER
Why do you think Arya gave the dagger to Sansa? Was it simply to imply "I'm not going to kill you."? She could have just left but instead gave the dagger first. Was this the same dagger that Littlefinger gave to Bran, who then gave it to Arya?

Also Theon rescued her from Ramsay, and then Brienne rescued both of them(for which Sansa is still totally ungrateful and treats Brienne like trash). The only reason the nights of the Vale helped Jon was because of LIttle Finger, she didn't actually do anything in particular to make that happen, she just agreed to let Little Finger helpl. The only thing of note that she has actively done herself in the entire series is lying about the death of CAt's sister. Even that was no doubt coached by little finger. But she did lie convincingly.

SAnsa seems to be the only ruler with the sense to lay in food for the winter. Everybody else is just "Winter is coming, get out the fures".

Samsa ccouldn't have escaped as Arya did. Arya's advantage is that she can easily impersonate a boy, fight with a sword, and ride a horse skillfully.. Sansa doesn't have any of those skills and the ones she did learn as a girl did not relate to staying hidden for months.
