Sam Asghari claims estranged wife Britney Spears attacked him and gave him a BLACK EYE while he slept and that security had to protect him during other attacks by singer
Asghari, 29, reportedly told frieds that the pop princess, 41, would attack him during their seven years together, according to TMZ.
Sources told the publication that there were numerous fights where security had to step in between the pair.
The model was reportedly left stunned after his then-wife started punching him as he was sleeping in their bed.
He was pictured with bruising on his arms and face earlier this year, with sources saying the dates coincide with the alleged attack.
Sources claim that Asghari was concerned with the Toxic star's fascination with knives, which were littered across the singer's $11.8 million home in Thousand Oaks.
One told TMZ that Britney was 'was paranoid someone was going to get her, and she needed the knives as protection.'
The star is also accused of 'flying off the handle' at the smallest thing, which left Asghari terrified.
It comes after DailyMail.com revealed that their relationship had descended into a dark and desperate state in the final weeks of their union.
Sources revealed how Asghari thought he could 'save her', only to realize after 13 months of marriage that there may well be no chance of ever 'saving Britney'.
Asghari cited 'irreconcilable differences' when he filed for divorce from the singer - as sources claim that he felt he couldn't leave Spears alone.
According to court docs, Asghari is asking the multi-millionaire for spousal support and to cover his attorneys fees.
The prenup stated that he was entitled to '$1 million per every two years' of their marriage, with a cap at $10 million after 15 years, according to US Weekly.
He has also allegedly waived any claims to Britney's music collection, and his name is not listed on the deeds of their shared home.
Spears raised eyebrows on Sunday when she posted a bizarre video of herself dancing on a stripper pole in a skimpy leopard-print lingerie set after the news of their breakup became public.
Since tying the knot in 2022, Britney has added to her fortune by signing a $15 million deal with publishing house Simon & Schuster for a tell-all memoir titled The Woman In Me.
The star also returned to music by releasing two new singles, a new version of Tiny Dancer with Elton John, and Mind Your Business with will.i.am.
Page Six reported that Britney has hired celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser — who boasts A-list clients such as Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner and Johnny Depp.
But it's been alleged that Asghari is threatening to release 'extraordinarily embarrassing' information about his spouse if she refuses to renegotiate the terms — something a source close to Spears told DailyMail.com is 'absurd.'
She previously enlisted Wasser's help in 2008 as she fought her ex-husband Kevin Federline, 45, over custody of their two sons.
The exes — who split in 2006 after two years of marriage — share Jayden James, 16, and Sean Preston, 17.
A judge ordered Spears to pay $20,000 a month in child support — a decision that Wasser said the Piece Of Me hitmaker felt 'great' about.
The monthly payments reportedly increased to $60,000 in 2018 and Kevin has full custody of the boys. He reportedly moved the family to Hawaii last month, without saying goodbye to Britney.
DailyMail.com confirmed Wednesday that Asghari and Spears have gone their separate ways after a 'nuclear argument' that saw him confront his wife over rumoUrs she was unfaithful. It is unknown whether the rumors are true.
Asghari was said to have believed the rumours Spears was unfaithful, with the pair having a 'huge fight' and Asghari moving out of their home and now living in a place of his own.

Unless there is a shift in the legal Force or a big-bucks settlement, the Disney and Gina Carano will go head-to-head at trial next year over the former mixed martial artist’s 2021 firing from The Mandalorian.
That trial will start September 29, 2025, to be specific.
After having beaten the Mouse House and its Daniel Petrocelli-led legal team’s move earlier this year to get her Elon Musk-backed sex-discrimination and wrongful-dismissal suit tossed, Carano this week scored another winner, with a federal judge denying Disney’s desire for a stay of proceedings and interlocutory appeal.
“Having considered the parties’ submissions, the relevant law, and the record in this case, the Court DENIES the Motion,” U.S. District Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett wrote earlier this week. In refusing to give the green light to Disney’s hopes of taking the matter to another court and overturning her July 24 decision rejecting their motion for dismissal, the ruling has set the clock ticking on the trial.
In fact, with her previous ruling being challenged by the very nature of Disney’s latest motion and desire for an appeal, Garnett made sure to knock down any notion Disney and its outside counsel may or may not have had of getting the upper hand.
“Defendants do not, however, explain how a Ninth Circuit opinion affirming the Court’s Order would alleviate the burden of responding to the discovery Plaintiff has propounded to date, nor is it apparent to the Court how such a decision could provide such relief,” Garnett writes in the 10-page order. “In any event, arguments regarding discovery — which, the Court notes, were not at issue in the Order — do not appear to have any bearing on the termination of the litigation and do not persuade the Court that certification is appropriate here.”
In other words: Don’t waste my time, we’re all adults here.
In fact, the judge may have tipped her hand to her take on all this last month when she decided there would be no need for oral argument on either the appeal certification or the stay by the lawyers. On September 19, the case docket said “no appearance necessary.”
With this new order from Garnett allowing discovery to move forward, it means Carano and her lawyers will be getting a look soon-ish at what went on internally at Disney three years ago in the lead-up to the firing of the on-the-rise actress, who played Rebel shock trooper Cara Dune on The Mandalorian, over views she expressed on social media and otherwise.
Whether that leads to the injunction that will get Carano her job back is a whole other matter. Still, in also seeking a variety of unspecified damages, Carano was taking the win today.
“I am obviously very pleased with the opportunity to keep moving forward with the judicial process and into discovery,” she wrote Thursday on social media of the October 15 order. “While I wish this was not necessary as it is not my desire to be in this battle in court, I will not shrink away from it because it is hard or uncomfortable.”
Responding in May, Carano’s Schaerr Jaffe lawyers said: “After admitting that they discriminated against Carano for her personal political beliefs and subjected her to disparate treatment from her similarly situated male co-stars, The Walt Disney Company, Lucasfilm LTD, and Huckleberry Industries (collectively, “Defendants”) assert that the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution gives them absolute immunity.”

David Mills has opened up about his two year ‘relationship’ with a doll – and the stories are fascinating.

Spending two months on a divorce is good.
Leah Remini and Angelo Pagán are officially separated.
The couple finalized their uncontested divorce on Oct. 11 after agreeing on the terms in mediation outside of court, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. The stipulation has been made confidential after a written agreement provided to the court was signed by a judge.

A shocking new development has emerged in the case of Algerian boxer Imane Khelif after a French journalist reportedly gained access to a damning medical report revealing Khelif has “testicles.” The news comes months after Khelif seized a gold medal in women’s boxing at the Paris Olympics.
The report was drafted in June of 2023 via a collaboration between the Kremlin-Bicêtre hospital in Paris, France, and the Mohamed Lamine Debaghine hospital in Algiers, Algeria. Drafted by expert endocrinologists Soumaya Fedala and Jacques Young, the report reveals that Khelif is impacted by 5-alpha reductase deficiency, a disorder of sexual development that is only found in biological males.
The genetic abnormality influences the normal development of a child’s sexual organs. At birth, male babies impacted by 5-alpha are often incorrectly assigned female due to the presence of deformed genitalia that sometimes takes on the appearance of a “blind vaginal pouch.”
This disordered development typically becomes apparent by puberty, when 5-alpha adolescents begin to experience signs of masculinization such as muscle growth, hair growth, and an absence of breast tissue development or menstruation. Without access to a proper clinical examination, males with 5-alpha may incorrectly believe they are female into adulthood.
At the end of October, French journalist Djaffar Ait Aoudia obtained a copy of a thorough physical examination that was conducted on Khelif in order to verify the presence of a disorder of sexual development.
According to Aoudia, the clinical report reveals that an MRI determined that Khelif had no uterus, but instead had internal testicles and a “micropenis” resembling an enlarged clitoris. A chromosomal test further confirmed that Khelif has an XY karyotype, while a hormone test found that Khelif had a testosterone level typical of males. Aoudia also noted that doctors suggested Khelif’s parents may have been blood relatives.
The report concludes by recommending Khelif be referred for “surgical correction and hormone therapy,” to help him physically align with his self-perceived gender identity, and adds that psychological support would be required because the results had caused a “very significant neuropsychiatric impact.”
This report coincides with an earlier admission by Khelif’s coach, Georges Cazorla, that the Algerian boxer had been subjected to an assessment at the Kremlin-Bicêtre Hospital after being disqualified from women’s boxing by the International Boxing Association (IBA) in March of 2023.
In an interview from August, Cazorla tepidly conceded that the endocrinologists had determined there was a “problem with [Khelif’s] chromosomes” at the time. Despite this fact, Cazorla insisted that Khelif should still be allowed to compete against females.
Cazorla also stated that Khelif was placed on testosterone suppressants following the 2023 medical assessment. However, the International Olympic Committee has not submitted athletes to chromosomal testing since 1999 and, at the Paris Olympics, the only requirement to participate in women’s boxing was to have a female sex marker on legal documents.
Further confirmation of the boxers’ karyotype was given by Alan Abrahamson, an associate professor at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, who is a specialist in Olympic sports and member of the International Olympic Committee’s press committee. During a press conference in August, the IBA repeatedly confirmed that Khelif had failed multiple chromosomal tests, but was barred from releasing the results of those tests by the Algerian Olympic Committee.

“The IOC and the Algerian Olympic Committee are complicit in endorsing male violence against women under the guise of public entertainment on the world’s largest sports stage,” Smith said. “They stood by as women were subjected to physical assault for spectacle, stripped of safety, fairness, and their lifetime achievements. All those involved must face swift and serious consequences.”
Smith adds that she believes Khelif should be stripped of his gold medal, but doubts any action will be taken to rectify the injustice.
“We urge leaders in sports and governments worldwide to condemn the IOC and demand a public commitment to ensuring fair and safe sports for women from this day forward. This must never be allowed to happen again.”

A Hooters in upstate New York has been the scene of a couple of protests outside their restaurant in the last few weeks. The reason for the protests involving less than half a dozen is due to a local transgender woman suing the breastaurant for discrimination.
Brandy Livingston, a regular at the Colonie, New York Hooters, told NEWS 10, "I’m suing Hooters for sex-based discrimination, on the basis of accommodation and on the basis of employment."
Livingston's version of events claims that employees use male pronouns, "They would refer to me as he." Like the time Livingston used a female bathroom at the location.
"I overheard one of the servers after I left the restroom talking to one of the managers and said that, ‘Why are you allowing him in the women’s restroom?,'" claimed Livingston. "And the manager said, ‘Oh, I don’t like it any more than you do.'"
This leads to the hopes and dreams of Livingston working at the Hooters, reportedly as a server, being dashed. Three times Livingston applied for a job and three times Livingston was denied.
"I said, do you want to see my experience or anything? Because I had previous jobs I had written down," Livingston said. "And he said, ‘Oh, we don’t care about experience. We hire on the basis of personality. And there’s an image that needs to be met.’"
The refusal to hire Livingston led to a claim being filed with the New York State Division of Human Rights. They investigated the claim and found enough evidence that Livingston's rights may have been violated under New York Executive Law 296. There will be a hearing, which will take place in September 2025.
That's Livingston's version of events. Hooters has a slightly different story that could shine a light on why they chose not to pursue employment. Assuming their version is the more accurate one.
Lawyers for Hooters say that Livingston was asked not to return to the restaurant because of claims of offensive actions. They allege that the transgender woman, before and after transitioning, made sexually explicit comments to servers, including discussions about masturbation.
Livingston denied saying anything like that. There were also claims by Hooters that Livingston "had threatened to go to a gun range for practice for the next time you came to the restaurant."
That was a simple misunderstanding. Livingston explains, "My mom would take me to the gun range and for clay pigeon shooting, trap. I feel like one of the servers might have overheard what me and my dad were talking about and misunderstood what we were talking about."
Brandy Livingston isn't after money here, an apology will do just fine. "What I really want, is an apology. I’m never going to get that," Livingston admitted.

An author who says she had sex with Jay-Z and appeared in one of his videos has spoken out about the bombshell allegation that he raped a 13-year-old.
Elizabeth Oveson’s memoir, Video Vixen, chronicled hip-hop’s underground world of sex and drugs and cast an unflattering light on some of its biggest names.
She said that the allegations against Jay-Z, which he has furiously denied, were part of a larger pattern, telling the Daily Beast that it was a consequence of the MeToo movement.
“None of this is shocking, and it’s all part of the same movement,” said Ovesen in an email to the Daily Beast—referencing the 2017 #MeToo movement, which she said caused a “chain reaction.”
“I’m not sure why people are separating this wave of Black music executives/artists from the original #MeToo investigations and arrests,” added Ovesen. “From (Bill) Cosby, (Harvey) Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, and the hundreds in between—they’re all connected.”
Jay-Z has fiercely denied a civil lawsuit’s claims that he participated in the rape of a 13-year-old girl with Combs at a party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards, describing them as a “blackmail attempt” by the woman’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee.
When news of the lawsuit broke on Dec. 8, the rapper promptly responded in a fiery statement posted on Instagram: “These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a real criminal complaint, not a civil one!!”
Carter’s stringent denial, however, isn’t stopping Ovesen from speaking out about the case.

Diddy), and now Carter isn’t a different set of events.”
Ovesen said she believes there are “still hundreds more men to be accused, found guilty, and fall.” And that’s not including the women who helped.
“Ghislaine Maxwell wasn’t the only one,” she added. “With society finally understanding the basic definitions of sexual, physical, and emotional coercion and abuse, I hope to see more abusive men and women in this, and all industries being held accountable.”
In her lawsuit, the unnamed plaintiff alleges that she tried to get into the VMAs, held that year at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, but was denied entry. She claims a limousine driver working for Combs later approached her with an offer to attend an afterparty with numerous celebrity guests, which she accepted.
Once the teen arrived, she claimed to have been given a drink that made her sick after just a few sips—after which she laid down in an empty bedroom.
Soon after, Carter and Combs allegedly burst into the room and proceeded to rape her, with Combs shouting: “you are ready to party!”
She escaped after a few minutes and said she ran to a nearby gas station to call her father, who picked her up shortly after.

There were rumors that FB and IG will give you bots as followers. So users aren't always the ones buying bots. That could be true, because look at the amount of likes, views and comments peeps with a huge amount of followers get. Something doesn't add up. Meta, the company founded by Mark Zuckerberg, is once again generating debate for an announced measure that will drastically influence both the use of Facebook and Instagram and how we understand these two social networks. As revealed by the Financial Times, this technology company is committed to bringing to these two platforms thousands of “characters” generated by artificial intelligence in order to increase interactions with its 3 billion users.
The Silicon Valley-based group has launched a series of AI products, including a tool for creating artificial intelligence characters on Instagram and Facebook. Personalities such as MrBeast have lent their image to the creation and characterization of these virtual entities. According to Connor Hayes, vice president of product for generative AI at Meta, the long-term goal is for these AI users to exist on the platforms in a similar way to accounts managed by flesh-and-blood people. These AI accounts will have “bios and profile pictures and be able to generate and share content powered by AI on the platform...that’s where we see all of this going,” he commented.
Hayes also revealed that a priority for Meta over the next two years is to increase the “entertaining and engaging” potential of its applications, which is one of the main reasons for its strong commitment to AI.
The Meta executive also revealed that there are already hundreds of thousands of such AI users, which was launched in the United States in July 2024, with plans to expand in the near future. However, most of these user accounts are private, so it is understood that the company would still be implementing these changes and new features gradually to assess their impact on its “real” user base.
Beyond these AI-powered users, Meta also plans to add tools to Instagram and Facebook’s catalog of features, such as AI assistants that can answer questions from followers, as well as text-to-video generation software for creators, allowing them to insert themselves into AI-generated videos.
Although these are important developments for these two popular social networks, experts view them with suspicion, since an inadequate implementation or without security guarantees for active users could create new problems, apart from the ethical and moral implications of creating these AI users that many could confuse with real people.

This year has been one of profound challenges and deep reflections, and I’ve wrestled with how, or even if, to share a personal story. At the end, I decided to let my heart guide me. Perhaps this is my way of processing everything, of pulling back the curtain on the fragile reality behind the curated moments we share on social media. Most of all, I hope that by sharing, I can raise awareness and support others who may face something similar.
In February, during my eighth month of pregnancy, I was diagnosed with a massive blood clot in my brain. For weeks, I had endured excruciating headaches that confined me to bed, until I finally underwent an MRI that revealed the terrifying truth. In one moment, my family and I were faced with how fragile life can be. It was a stark reminder of how quickly everything can change, and in the midst of a difficult year, all I wanted was to hold on and live.
We rushed to the hospital, and within hours, I underwent emergency surgery. My daughter, Ori, was born during that moment of uncertainty and fear. Her name, meaning “my light,” wasn’t chosen by chance. Before the surgery, I told Jaron that when our daughter arrived, she would be the light waiting for me at the end of this tunnel. Thanks to an extraordinary team of doctors at @cedarssinai and weeks of dedicated care, I made it through and began the road to recovery. Today, I am fully healed and filled with gratitude for the life I’ve been given back.
The journey has taught me so much. First, it’s vital to listen to our bodies and trust what it’s telling us. Pain, discomfort, or even subtle changes often carry deeper meaning, and being attuned to your body can be life saving.
Second, awareness matters. I had no idea that 3 in 100,000 pregnant women in the 30s+ age group are diagnosed with CVT(develop a blood clot in the brain). It’s so important to identify early because it’s treatable. While rare, it’s a possibility, and knowing it exists is the first step to addressing it. Sharing this is not meant to frighten anyone but to empower. If even one person feels compelled to take action for their health because of this story, it will have been worth sharing.
Giving birth is a miracle, a testament to the strength and resilience of our bodies and spirits. But it also demands so much from us, reminding us to care for ourselves as fiercely as we care for others.
As we celebrate Hanukkah, a holiday of light and miracles, I reflect on the personal miracle I was granted. My daughter, Ori, is a constant reminder of resilience, hope, and the strength we carry within. My wish is that we all find our light, experience our own miracles, and continue to advocate for our health and for one another 💛

About eight years after I’d had both my girls [2014?], I found myself in another — and in retrospect, much more egregious — situation where it felt like my medical care was taken out of my hands. I was at an appointment with my gynecologist, and after my exam she asked if I ever felt discomfort because of my labia.
“Only in tight jeans and spin classes and every romantic moment ever,” I said.
My labia (you’ve got to admit this is a funny word) had been an issue for me since I was in high school, and one I’d been ashamed of forever. My best friend Lisa had the same situation, and at least together we could laugh about it. It’s like you’re in a boxing gym and you have two little speed bags between your legs, we’d joke. It hurt and it was in the way, and when I told my gynecologist as much, she said it was very common and that I was surely a candidate for a labial reduction procedure.
Technically it would be considered a cosmetic procedure — even that still pisses me off because we’re talking about pain — but it was one that would significantly decrease my discomfort. Why should that be reduced to a cosmetic choice, as if I wanted a more photogenic labia so I could be in adult films (nothing against those in the profession!). It also meant that, like many other important procedures for women, it would not be covered by insurance. In any case, my doctor made me feel less ashamed and relieved that there was a solution. She recommended a doctor in L.A.
I had one consultation with this (yes, male) doctor and wondered why I hadn’t heard about this surgery earlier — years of discomfort, potentially fixed! I went in to have the procedure. When it was over, the doctor gave me the rundown of how it went. “I was very detailed,” he said, to my relief and excitement. And then: “I was in there for four hours, and you know what I did? I tightened you up a little bit! Gave you a little rejuvenation!”
Wait, what?? I was shocked, speechless. I can’t remember how I responded, or even if I said anything. Was I supposed to say thank you?
“After two kids, everything is looser,” he said. But I had C-sections, and a scarred, more restricted cervix, I responded. “Still...” he said, staring, as if waiting for some further reaction from the lady whose feet were glamorously in the metal stirrups. He acted as if he’d done me a favor, and that I should, in fact, be grateful. There was a real “I threw this in for free, little lady” vibe to his delivery. But I had never asked to be “tightened” or “rejuvenated” (translation: given a younger vagina). I felt numb.
I was horrified, but also at a loss. I didn’t want to sue this man — or maybe I did want to, but I didn’t feel I could — because I didn’t particularly want talk of my lady parts, once again, on the front page of every paper. This man surgically altered my body without my consent. And he thought he had done me a favor by throwing in a “bonus procedure”? The sheer gall of it enraged me. The fact that the most intimate parts of my body had been a public focal point for so long ... it was enough already. All I could think was, Why can’t everybody just leave my vagina alone? (Even now, as I write this, I know this will be the bit that makes headlines. Whatever. Women deserve all the information.)
Had I been happy with the results of the procedure, I still would have been angry that he did it without my consent. But as it turns out, I wasn’t happy with the results, and haven’t been since. I can’t be bothered to change anything now, but once I was healed, I definitely noticed a difference in my body, and not a good one. Maybe if I was someone who was obsessed with sex I’d have been happy for the “freebie,” but I’d say my sex drive is pretty typical for a woman my age. I like intimacy, but I don’t need it every day. And the truth is, the procedure did not enhance my pleasure.

Chester Bennington’s child Draven Bennington announced she is transgender and began transitioning last year.
In honor of Valentine’s Day Friday, the 22-year-old shared a note about her new chapter on Instagram to “show some love to myself.”
“For a long time, I tried to be someone, someone I truly wasn’t on the inside,” Draven, who now goes by she/her pronouns, wrote.
