Sam Asghari claims estranged wife Britney Spears attacked him and gave him a BLACK EYE while he slept and that security had to protect him during other attacks by singer
Asghari, 29, reportedly told frieds that the pop princess, 41, would attack him during their seven years together, according to TMZ.
Sources told the publication that there were numerous fights where security had to step in between the pair.
The model was reportedly left stunned after his then-wife started punching him as he was sleeping in their bed.
He was pictured with bruising on his arms and face earlier this year, with sources saying the dates coincide with the alleged attack.
Sources claim that Asghari was concerned with the Toxic star's fascination with knives, which were littered across the singer's $11.8 million home in Thousand Oaks.
One told TMZ that Britney was 'was paranoid someone was going to get her, and she needed the knives as protection.'
The star is also accused of 'flying off the handle' at the smallest thing, which left Asghari terrified.
It comes after DailyMail.com revealed that their relationship had descended into a dark and desperate state in the final weeks of their union.
Sources revealed how Asghari thought he could 'save her', only to realize after 13 months of marriage that there may well be no chance of ever 'saving Britney'.
Asghari cited 'irreconcilable differences' when he filed for divorce from the singer - as sources claim that he felt he couldn't leave Spears alone.
According to court docs, Asghari is asking the multi-millionaire for spousal support and to cover his attorneys fees.
The prenup stated that he was entitled to '$1 million per every two years' of their marriage, with a cap at $10 million after 15 years, according to US Weekly.
He has also allegedly waived any claims to Britney's music collection, and his name is not listed on the deeds of their shared home.
Spears raised eyebrows on Sunday when she posted a bizarre video of herself dancing on a stripper pole in a skimpy leopard-print lingerie set after the news of their breakup became public.
Since tying the knot in 2022, Britney has added to her fortune by signing a $15 million deal with publishing house Simon & Schuster for a tell-all memoir titled The Woman In Me.
The star also returned to music by releasing two new singles, a new version of Tiny Dancer with Elton John, and Mind Your Business with will.i.am.
Page Six reported that Britney has hired celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser — who boasts A-list clients such as Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner and Johnny Depp.
But it's been alleged that Asghari is threatening to release 'extraordinarily embarrassing' information about his spouse if she refuses to renegotiate the terms — something a source close to Spears told DailyMail.com is 'absurd.'
She previously enlisted Wasser's help in 2008 as she fought her ex-husband Kevin Federline, 45, over custody of their two sons.
The exes — who split in 2006 after two years of marriage — share Jayden James, 16, and Sean Preston, 17.
A judge ordered Spears to pay $20,000 a month in child support — a decision that Wasser said the Piece Of Me hitmaker felt 'great' about.
The monthly payments reportedly increased to $60,000 in 2018 and Kevin has full custody of the boys. He reportedly moved the family to Hawaii last month, without saying goodbye to Britney.
DailyMail.com confirmed Wednesday that Asghari and Spears have gone their separate ways after a 'nuclear argument' that saw him confront his wife over rumoUrs she was unfaithful. It is unknown whether the rumors are true.
Asghari was said to have believed the rumours Spears was unfaithful, with the pair having a 'huge fight' and Asghari moving out of their home and now living in a place of his own.

The 30-year-old singer re-adopted she/her pronouns back in 2022 after coming out as non-binary in May 2021.
Speaking on the Spout Podcast about her pronoun shift, Lovato explained: “So for me, I’m such a fluid person that I don’t really and I don’t find that I am… I felt like, especially last year, my energy was balanced and my masculine and feminine energy so that when I was faced with the choice of walking into a bathroom and it said, women and men, I didn’t feel like there was a bathroom for me because I didn’t feel necessarily like a woman.

It was 2008 when Brad Pitt announced to the world, via Oprah, that his almost-two-year-old daughter, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, child, wanted to go by a “male” name.
Her mom, Angelina Jolie, later said, “She likes to dress like a boy. She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys’ everything. She thinks she’s one of the brothers.”
The family’s attitude seemed to be: Whatever. It’s no big deal. And the press followed their lead. The story of Shiloh-turned-John was of interest in our celebrity-focused culture, but it wasn’t an obsession, and news outlets didn’t announce that Brangelina were the parents of a transgender boy.
When, in 2021, at age 15, Shiloh appeared on the red carpet at a movie premiere in a khaki tank dress—a style we might call “haute military”—there was no obsession, either. Few media outlets made a big deal of the revelation that the era of boys’ suits, short hair, and the name John had been a phase. Like millions of tomboyish girls before her, Shiloh had spent years edging closer to the male gender role and had a change of heart—or maybe just a change of style—during puberty.
In a less polarized world, and one in which there wasn’t an ongoing gender culture war, Shiloh’s transformation wouldn’t be remarkable. And it shouldn’t be. But we do need to talk about it, because Shiloh’s trajectory can teach us something important about how we treat and understand gender stereotype-nonconforming children.
Shiloh was born before the concept of the transgender child was seeded into the public consciousness. She announced her proclivities only a year after the country’s first pediatric gender clinic in America opened, and six years before Time magazine declared a “transgender tipping point.” There were no school lessons on preferred pronouns and transgender identities. There were no death threats to pediatric gender clinics, nor did governments engage child protective services agencies to investigate parents because they either did or did not socially or medically transition a child with gender differences or distress.
More importantly, social transition, in which prepubertal children are facilitated to live as the opposite sex—to call themselves by male or female pronouns or stereotypically male or female names, and embrace the stereotypes associated with the opposite sex in clothes and hairstyles—wasn’t a common practice. Schools weren’t secretly socially transitioning children without parental knowledge, nor were people insisting kids would kill themselves if they couldn’t socially transition.
Yet had she been socially transitioned, her trajectory might have been quite different.
A recent paper suggests that the practice of social transition greatly increases the likelihood of medicalization—while previous research suggests that if not socially transitioned, the vast majority of kids who identify as the opposite sex will grow out of it and not desire medical interventions. The UK’s National Health Service recently issued new guidance for children with gender distress, noting that, “in most prepubertal children, gender incongruence does not persist into adolescence.” The document adds that “although there are differing views on the benefits versus the harms of early social transition, it is important to acknowledge that it should not be viewed as a neutral act.” Rather, it should be seen as an “‘active intervention’ because it may have significant effects on the child or young person in terms of their psychological functioning.”
Thus, “social transition should only be considered where the approach is necessary for the alleviation of, or prevention of, clinically significant distress or significant impairment in social functioning and the young person is able to fully comprehend the implications of affirming a social transition.” Perhaps the media ignored Shiloh’s switch because it interrupts the oft-repeated narrative: a child’s rejection of both biologically-based and societally-created gender norms indicates something larger about their identities; gender nonconformity is synonymous with transgender identity; and kids who aren’t allowed to or didn’t transition are in imminent danger.
Parents of very young kids are now regularly accepting their children as transgender and socially transitioning them—even without psychological support—often when they are like Shiloh, even if they don’t have gender dypshoria.
There is no clinical test, no way to know, for whom a cross-sex or transgender identity is a phase and for whom it’s permanent, nor for whom social and medical transition is the best path or not. Most former tomboys I’ve interviewed, who had very similar childhood’s to Shiloh’s (minus the fame and riches) told me that puberty was an excruciatingly uncomfortable period of getting used to their changing bodies, but, like most people in the scientific literature, they eventually became comfortable. Some were straight women. Some were gay. Some of the younger ones transitioned, because the technology was available, and were happy. But many older former tomboys told me that they would have leapt at the chance to transition had that technology been available to them, and they were so glad that they hadn’t, that they’d come to accept and love their female bodies.
Even the tomboy heyday wasn’t as accepting as it could have been. Most masculine girls were pressured—by their parents, by the culture—to surrender that masculinity at puberty. That tomboy phase The New York Times endorsed was for ages seven to ten. For some kids, the end of that phase was when it got really hard—when it became clear that their masculinity was not a costume they were wearing, but something innate that they didn’t want to tamp down or deny. Meanwhile, there has never been in this culture room for feminine boys to be themselves—and telling them that they can be or are girls doesn’t actually create that room, though it may indeed bring more immediate psychological relief.
In a perfect world, girls like Shiloh wouldn’t have to surrender their masculinity, ever—but would feel free to if they wanted to. Nor would a feminine boy ever need to suppress that part of himself. In a perfect world, what kind of body you have, male or female, wouldn’t have to be inextricably associated with certain toys or colors or personality traits. In a perfect world, Shiloh’s choice of suits or ballgowns wouldn’t be news. But we haven’t yet done the cultural experiment of deemphasizing gender, curbing the messages that tell kids there is one set of colors, toys, personality traits and activities for boys and another for girls, and to access them you either must be born into that category or transition into it.
Shiloh’s story should show us that we can’t forecast the future based on childhood gender stereotype nonconformity. It shouldn’t have to be told—but, for now, it should be, so that kids can learn that it’s okay to embrace or reject stereotypes as much as and whenever they want. We can love, support and accept people who transition, but always make room for kids to explore gender without denying or rejecting their bodies.

BBC reports that TikTok is profiting from sexual livestreams performed by teens as young as 15 years old.
Influential TikTok users, acting as digital pimps, host these livestreams, taking a significant portion of the earnings. Some maintain backup accounts, indicating previous bans or suspensions by TikTok.
TikTok has allegedly known for years about the child exploitation in its livestreams. In 2022, they had their own internal investigation, but ignored the issue because it ‘profited significantly’ from them, according to the claims of a lawsuit brought by the US state of Utah last year. TikTok responded that the ongoing lawsuit ignored the ‘proactive measures’ it had made to improve safety.
Recently unsealed documents from the Utah Attorney General’s Office reveal that TikTok’s internal investigation, dubbed ‘Project Meramec,’ confirmed the company was aware that hundreds of thousands of minors were accessing its LIVE feature and that its age restrictions were ineffective. The investigation further revealed that TikTok knew children were being sexually exploited through its livestreams, but opted not to intervene due to the platform’s significant financial gains. Court filings allege that TikTok takes as much as 50% of every money exchange made through its live platform, profiting off virtual gifts that have been used as currency in these exploitative transactions. Another internal probe, ‘Project Jupiter,’ found that the same livestream system and virtual currency also facilitated money laundering, drug sales, and the funding of terrorist groups, such as ISIL.
The Utah Attorney General’s Office has accused TikTok of deliberately creating an ecosystem where virtual currency is exchanged for sexual and illegal acts. The complaint highlights how TikTok’s algorithm favors and boosts live feeds receiving high amounts of digital gifts, meaning content involving money laundering, sexual exploitation, or both is prioritized and pushed to the top of user feeds under the “TopLives” section. As a result, vulnerable children, new users, and those unfamiliar with the platform are exposed to this content without warning, creating a dangerous and easily accessible hub for criminal activity.

A species of wolf that died out some 12,500 years ago lives again as the “world’s first successfully de-extincted animal,” according to Dallas-based biotech company Colossal Biosciences.
Colossal scientists have created three dire wolf pups by using ancient DNA, cloning and gene-editing technology to alter the genes of a gray wolf, the prehistoric dire wolf’s closest living relative, the company announced Monday. The result is essentially a hybrid species similar in appearance to its extinct forerunner.
Using ancient DNA extracted from two dire wolf fossils, Colossal’s scientists and collaborators said they were able to assemble two high-quality Aenocyon dirus genomes, or complete sets of genetic information.
The team compared the genomes with those of living canids such as wolves, jackals and foxes to identify the genetic variants for traits specific to dire wolves, such as white coats and longer, thick fur. Dire wolves and gray wolves shared 99.5% of their DNA, according to the company’s news release.
The company then used the information from the genetic analysis to alter gray wolf cells, making 20 edits in 14 genes before cloning the most promising cell lines and transferring them into donor eggs from domestic dogs.
Healthy developed embryos were then transferred into domestic dogs — specifically large, mixed-breed hounds — that acted as surrogate moms, Shapiro said.
Two male dire wolf pups were born on October 1, 2024, while a female pup was born on January 30, 2025, according to Colossal Biosciences.
Colossal has been working toward resurrecting the mammoth, dodo and Tasmanian tiger since 2021, but the company had not previously publicized its work on dire wolves.

And you’re a human, because you can talk. Animals cannot. You’re made of flesh, bones, blood etc. Robots are not. And all humans have a sex (XX or XY). So you can’t be or feel human if you don't have a sex.
And people should keep up with all this? If you can’t decide what you are, let your body decide for you. A test will tell you if you’re XX. You are! So use the female bathroom. You can’t pee in urinals. Accept that and stop tormenting yourself.
Screw you and your stupid pronouns. People like this should keep their they/them BS for their family and friends who have to deal with them regularly. Others see one woman or man and will use she/her or he/him. Others can’t read your mind. It’s frustrating when everybody wants you to remember their preferred BS pronoun, as if you don’t have enough on your mind already. Don’t give people more sh*t to remember.

Besides Easter, we have two more things to celebrate.
Firstly, we all know a lot of weird stuff is happening to women in the UK, right? Nurses who refused to change in front of trans-women had to leave the female locker room. Trans-women bullied their way into a breastfeeding charity, causing women to quit. Lesbians are forced to allow trans-women in their club. Trans-women who committed sex crimes are locked up in female prisons. Trans-women police officers are allowed to strip-search women.
Well, it seems like all that stuff will end now. Yay!
The Guardian: The UK supreme court has issued a historic and definitive ruling that the terms “woman” and “sex” in the Equality Act refer only to a biological woman and to biological sex.
The judgment could have far-reaching ramifications and lead to greater restrictions on the access for trans women to services and spaces reserved for women.
The UK government said the ruling brought “clarity and confidence” for women and those who run hospitals, sports clubs and women’s refuges.
Secondly, a woman is now the president of the IOC and she thinks the protection of “female sports is paramount”. Yay!
Before, she said: “It is very clear that transgender women are more able in the female category, and can take away opportunities that should be equal for women.”
Now: “My stance is that we will protect the female category and athletes. I want to work together with the international federations. And we’re going to do that by setting up a task force that will look and analyse everything.”
The IOC has introduced mixed/open competitions in the 2028 Olympics. I assume this means that competitions for women are for females only.
Ministry Of Sport: The prioritisation of gender parity is evident in the overall athlete distribution. Of the 10,500 athletes, 5,333 will be female and 5,167 male, with the additional sports contributing 322 female and 376 male athletes. The inclusion of six mixed events further exemplifies this commitment: out of 351 events, there will be 161 for women, 165 for men, and 25 that are mixed.
I hope Trump keeps a close eye on this. Make the cheek swab mandatory before giving any foreign “woman” a visa. The fast-food chain had a shady reaction to the pop star blasting off into space with Jeff Bezos’ company Blue Origin as part of an all-female crew that also included Lauren Sánchez and Gayle King.
In a response to a Pop Crave post that read, “Katy Perry has returned from space,” the official Wendy’s account wrote via X on Monday, “Can we send her back.”
Kesha, who sued Perry’s longtime collaborator Dr. Luke for rape in 2014, then posted an image of herself taking a sip out of a Wendy’s cup to further slight the “Firework” songstress.
Several other celebrities have voiced disdain over Perry, Sánchez and King’s approximately 11-minute flight into outer space.
Olivia Munn was the first to speak out prior to the New Shepard rocket’s takeoff Monday, saying on “Today with Jenna & Friends” last week, “What are they gonna do up there that has made it better for us down here? … I think it’s a bit gluttonous.”
Olivia Wilde then threw her own shade via her Instagram Stories on Monday, writing, “Billion dollars bought some good memes I guess.”

In several social media posts shared on Friday, Thorne claimed there were “so many gross stories of things” that Rourke made her endure while filming a project together. Although she did not name the project, Thorne and Rourke previously worked together on the 2020 thriller “Girl.”

In a statement shared with Variety, a representative for Rourke said they are “aware of the statements made by Bella Thorne regarding her experience on set with Mr. Rourke during the production of a past film.”
“These allegations are extremely serious. Mr. Rourke adamantly denies any intentional misconduct,” the statement reads. “He was not made aware of any such concerns during filming and had no prior knowledge of Ms. Thorne’s discomfort until now.”
Rourke’s rep continued: “Out of respect for all parties and given the gravity of the claims, Mr. Rourke will not be making further public comment at this time. He remains willing to cooperate with any appropriate inquiry through the proper channels.

Thorne’s accusations come in the wake of Rourke receiving a formal warning on ITV’s “Celebrity Big Brother,” after Siwa claimed that he made homophobic comments about her on the show. Rourke and Siwa are currently starring in the U.K. version of the reality competition series.

GENEVA – The UN Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls, Reem Alsalem, welcomed the landmark judgment by the UK Supreme Court on 16 April 2025 in the case of For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers.
In its judgment, the Court determined that, for the purposes of the UK’s Equality Act 2010, ‘sex’ is binary, and must be understood as bearing its ordinary meaning as biological sex and that the terms ‘woman’ and ‘man’ are to be understood as referring to biological females and males respectively, Alsalem said.
The Court also ruled that the Scottish Government is acting unlawfully by treating men who identify as women and who hold a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC) as women for the purposes of a law aimed at improving the inclusion of women on public boards, the expert noted.
“The judgment does not change the law but brings much-needed clarity, it also represents the triumph of reason and science in policy making and a return to basic truth and common sense,” Alsalem said.
“Most importantly, it vindicates thousands of defenders of women’s human rights, including lesbians, and their allies who have been vilified and attacked for asserting the biological reality of sex, the material definitions of ‘woman” and ‘female’, and the centrality of all these issues to their human rights and lived experience,” she said.
The Special Rapporteur appreciated the clear way in which the Court explained how the Equality Act resolves tensions between the rights of different stakeholders by providing single-sex exceptions for biological women, in settings where such provisions are legitimate, proportionate and necessary, without negating the right of transgender persons to fair treatment. “The Court demonstrated an extraordinary understanding of the UK’s obligations under international human rights law toward women, and their rights to equality and non-discrimination based on sex,” she said.
Alsalem also welcomed announcements by the UK, the Scottish, and Welsh Governments that they will abide by the ruling as well as the timely move by the UK’s Equality and Human Rights Commission to publish an interim update explaining the implications of the judgement as a forerunner to more comprehensive guidance.
Alsalem said she regretted attempts by some actors to wilfully distort the ruling and spread disinformation. She also expressed her concern at the continued, relentless, and alarming attacks on the Court; the women and women’s organisations that brought the case, and their supporters. She called on government authorities, the judiciary, and law enforcement agencies to maximise efforts to protect them against the abuse, violence and threats.
The expert said she supported calls for lawful and dignified solutions for everyone, including transgender persons, in implementing the Court’s ruling. “These could include, for instance, adding mixed-sex spaces alongside single-sex ones, but should not entail the removal of single-sex spaces which are vital for the protection of the rights of women and girls,” she said.

Maine is set to lose federal funding for its Department of Education and school meal program over Governor Janet Mills’s refusal to conform to the Trump administration’s transgender policies. But the network of transgender groups surrounding Mills and her family — and paying them handsomely — could shed some light on why Maine’s leadership seems unwilling to budge.
Mills’ continued support for these policies seems baffling, given how unpopular they are in Maine.
MaineHealth — where Mills’ sister, Dora Anne Mills, is chief health improvement officer — was a top donor to Mills’ 2022 gubernatorial run. The healthcare system offers damaging and irreversible “treatments” for gender-confused minors, such as puberty blockers, “gender affirming hormone therapy,” and “menstrual suppression.”
Such procedures are lucrative for MaineHealth, and, of course, backed by Gov. Mills.
The Maine Medical Center, which is part of MaineHealth, doled out so-called transgender treatment to the largest number of minors in the state, according to data available from the Do No Harm database. The medical center, according to a report from The Maine Wire, submitted tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of insurance claims on 244 prescriptions for puberty blockers and cross-sex hormone treatments.
In 2023, Mills signed a bill into law that allows minors to access hormone therapies without their parents’ consent. At MaineHealth, there is a “school-based health center” that permits minors to speak to nurses and doctors about their health concerns without parental consent.
“Sometimes, children need to talk with someone who is unbiased, supportive and can offer a fresh perspective,” the website reads. “While we encourage students to involve a parent or guardian in their care, questions that teens may have related to drug and alcohol use, mental health, sexually transmitted disease and family planning may not require parental notification or permission.”
In 2024, Mills signed another bill that shields providers of so-called transgender care for minors from laws in other states that restrict such procedures. Republicans strongly opposed such laws for numerous reasons, especially since the law could potentially help facilitate transgender treatments on a minor without parental consent.
The governor has also signed a bill banning so-called “conversion therapy” for minors who identify as gay or transgender. Critics say such legislation can block parents and loved ones from resisting a child’s social or physical “transition,” as they instead opt for counseling or other options.
Maine-based investigative reporter and editor-in-chief of The Maine Wire, Steven Robinson, told The Daily Wire that Mills in 2019 “unilaterally changed Maine’s Medicaid program,” MaineCare, “to force the taxpayers of Maine to fund elective sex-change procedures — procedures that have been shown in diverse medical studies to have adverse health outcomes for patients, especially minor patients.”
“The Maine Wire used Maine’s Freedom of Access Act to determine that these taxpayer-funded sex-change procedures have become increasingly common, including at the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital, which is part of the MaineHealth network,” he noted.
Robinson also highlighted how MaineHealth’s revenue has exploded since Mills took office in January 2019.
“MaineHealth, nominally a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has seen its revenue grow from $1.54 billion in 2018, the year before Mills took office, to $3.69 billion as of 2023,” he said.
“The governor’s sister, Dora Mills, joined MaineHealth as the ‘Chief Health Improvement Officer’ in late 2018, around the same time her sister was measuring the drapes at the Blaine House, and the confluence of jobs for the Mills sisters has coincided with remarkable growth in MaineHealth’s revenue,” Robinson added. “All a coincidence, I’m sure.”
MaineHealth is bringing in money from transgender “care” for minors while getting the full-backing — even through legislative means — from Mills. Additionally, under Dora Anne Mills’ leadership, MaineHealth has poured money into Mills’ gubernatorial campaign and saw massive revenue growth.
On top of all that, the transgender lobby in Maine spent millions of dollars during Mills’ 2022 election.
“Pro-transgender organizations spent almost $2.5 million on political activities during Maine’s 2022 general election, when Mills was reelected,” a Washington Examiner review found.
The report notes that these pro-trans organizations “are among the largest employers in Maine, put aside millions of dollars for political spending every election cycle, and maintain robust lobbying operations.”
“Extreme outside groups are driving the policy decisions in Maine,” State Rep. Laurel Libby told The Daily Wire. “Polling demonstrates that the vast majority of Mainers do not support biological males participating in girls’ sports and do support parental rights, yet legislation passed the last 5-plus years runs directly counter to that.”
“Governor Mills and the Democrat majority are beholden to radical leftwing special interests and have no regard for the will of the people,” she added.
Mills has continued to claim that she’s merely following “state law,” which she contends supersedes federal law, as she backs transgender policies.
“This matter has never been about school sports or the protection of women and girls, as has been claimed, it is about states rights and defending the rule of law against a federal government bent on imposing its will, instead of upholding the law,” the governor said in a statement released on April 16, following the announcement of a Trump administration lawsuit against Maine for Title IX violations.

The term “biological sex” has been used to sort all people into one of two groups. However, a strict, binary categorisation is an over-simplification. An individual’s “sex” is in fact made up of a collection of characteristics, including external genitalia, secondary sex characteristics, gonads, chromosomes, and hormones, and may be better described as bimodal. Each of these traits can vary beyond two categories and may or may not coincide with other measures of sex within the same individual.

Binary categorisations at birth are simplified rules and do not precisely capture biological variation such as in differences of sexual development.

Facing a dozen lawsuits and a criminal probe into his activities at UC Irvine’s Center for Reproductive Health, Dr. Jose P. Balmaceda sold his Corona del Mar home last summer and boarded a plane to his native Chile, calling the trip a visit to his ailing mother.
But the besieged fertility expert--who fled the Chilean military junta two decades ago--has come home. And despite his bruised U.S. reputation, his presence in this city of 4.2 million is playing more like the bittersweet return of the prodigal son.
His lawyer has said Balmaceda will return to the United States “when he is ready,” but investigators are doubtful.
Balmaceda, known as Pepe to friends, grew up with six sisters, the son of a timber mill owner. In 1967, he entered the Catholic University Medical School along with Zegers, and the pair later won residencies at the University of Chile’s clinical hospital.
At 23, Balmaceda married Veronica Pascal, but family ties and the political tumult of his country were about to deal him a blow that would send him into exile.
Gen. Augusto Pinochet led a brutal coup in 1973 that overthrew the socialist Popular Unity government of Salvador Allende, resulting in Allende’s apparent suicide and the deaths of thousands of his supporters.
To the left of Allende’s party was the guerrilla Leftist Revolutionary Movement. Among its leaders: Andres Pascal Allende, a nephew of Salvador Allende and the cousin of Balmaceda’s wife. World Boxing will introduce mandatory sex testing, to determine the eligibility of male and female athletes that want to take part in its competitions. The introduction of mandatory testing will be part of a new policy on “Sex, Age and Weight” to ensure the safety of all participants and deliver a competitive level playing field for men and women.
The policy is in the final stages of development and has been crafted by a specially convened Working Group of the World Boxing Medical and Anti-Doping Committee, which has examined data and medical evidence from an extensive range of sources and consulted widely with other sports and experts across the world.
This decision is designed solely to ensure the health and safety of all participants in World Boxing competitions … and is not deemed to in any way pre-judge the outcome of any testing that will be introduced as part of the new policy on “Sex, Age and Weight”.
World Boxing’s new polcy and the introducition of testing will mean that all athletes over the age of 18 that want to participate in a World Boxing owned or sanctioned competition will need to undergo a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) genetic test to determine their sex at birth and their eligibility to compete.
The PCR test is a laboratory technique used to detect specific genetic material, in this case the SRY gene, that reveals the presence of the Y chromosome, which is an indicator of biological sex. The test can be a be conducted by nasal/mouth swab, saliva or blood.
Athletes that are deemed to be male at birth, as evidenced by the presence of Y chromosome genetic material (the SRY gene) or with a difference of sexual development (DSD) where male androgenization occurs, will be eligible to compete in the male category.
Athletes that are deemed to be female at birth, as evidenced by the presence of XX chromosomes or the absence of Y chromosome genetic material (the SRY gene) or with a DSD where male androgenization does not occur, will be eligible to compete in the female category.
World Boxing respects the dignity of all individuals and its overriding priority is to ensure safety and competitive fairness to all athletes. To do this, it is essential that strict categories, determined by sex are maintained and enforced, and means that World Boxing will only operate competitions for athletes categorised as male or female.
Under the new policy, National Federations will be responsible for testing and will be required to confirm the sex of their athletes when entering them into World Boxing competitions by providing a certification of their chromosomal sex, as determined by a PCR test.
A failure to provide certification of the chromosomal sex of an athlete or the provision of a false certification, will render the athlete ineligible to compete and may lead to sanctions against the athlete and/or the athlete’s National Federation.
As part of its new policy World Boxing will reserve the right to do genetic sex screening on new or existing athlete samples to confirm certification.
The policy will include an appeals process. Support will be offered to any boxers that provide an adverse test result.

The JK Rowling Women’s Fund website, which emphasises that the organisation is not a charity, meaning it cannot “accept donations,” urges individuals or groups who feel they are relevant to the fund’s goals to answer an eligibility checklist to apply for funding.
Applicants, according to the eligibility checklist, must be based in the UK or Ireland, should be able to sufficiently explain how their lives have been affected by their beliefs on “biological sex being unchangeable” and give reasons why they require financial support.

Well, I’ll be damned. Why are we playing dumb?
Anyway, I’m not sure how to say this in English, so I’ll put it this way.
In the context of women (born XX/female) vs trans-women (born XY/male) with a gender recognition certificate (GRC) that says they are considered women, a biological woman means a human being whose sex was assigned to her during the fertilization process (in the womb or via IVF). So not by a piece of paper!
Biological sex refers to the physical and physiological characteristics that define humans as male or female. It encompasses a range of attributes including genetic makeup (chromosomes), hormonal profiles and anatomical structures.
Genetic
At the genetic level, biological sex is determined by the presence of specific sex chromosomes. Humans typically have 46 chromosomes, including two sex chromosomes: X and Y.
The factors that determine our assigned sex begin as early as fertilization. Each sperm has either an X or a Y chromosome in it. All eggs have an X chromosome. When sperm fertilizes an egg, its X or Y chromosome combines with the X chromosome of the egg. A person with XX chromosomes has female sex and reproductive organs, and is therefore assigned biologically female. A person with XY chromosomes has male sex and reproductive organs, and is therefore assigned biologically male.
Hormones profiles
Hormones play a crucial role in the development of secondary sexual characteristics during puberty. In males, higher levels of testosterone contribute to features such as increased muscle mass and body hair. In females, estrogen promotes breast development and regulates menstrual cycles.
Anatomical structures
Anatomically, biological sex is often assessed through reproductive organs and structures. Males typically possess testes that produce sperm, while females have ovaries that produce eggs (ova). The presence of external genitalia—such as a penis in males or a vulva in females—further distinguishes biological sexes at birth.
Still wants to play dumb? Well, let’s see if trans-women/girls can pass the biological woman/girl test, shall we?

Boys use puberty-blockers to prevent the development of secondary male sex characteristics.
The male adult body needs regular shots of estrogen to feminize and stay feminized.
Biology is very important!!! You can’t leave biology out of the equation while claiming that, like women, you suffer abuse at the hands of men too. Also, the patriarchy relies heavily on biology or the physical differences (mainly physical strength and reproductive system) between men and women.
The beating, catcalling, groping, intimidation and fear you experienced likely happened because of the difference in physical strength. Would someone catcall, grope or try to intimidate someone stronger than them? Well, stranger things have happened. But there might be something, let’s say, unusual going on with you if you’re afraid of an unarmed, weaker person or if you get beaten up by a weaker person.
That being said, physical strength relies heavily on genetic makeup (XY vs XX chromosomes), hormonal profiles (testosterone vs estrogen), and anatomical structures (muscle size, bone density, organ (lung, heart) size etc.). If you trans-dumb-dumbs can step out of your delusional bubble for a second, you’ll realize that all that is biology.
Someone can suffer abuse at the hands of their partner or someone else.
Let’s start with abuse from the partner.
A trans-woman with a male partner is basically two biological men aka a gay couple. And no, it doesn’t matter if you’re hetero, masculine gay, feminine gay or trans. None of those determine how strong you are, because you’re sexual orientation or “gender identity” doesn't change your genetic makeup. Biology!
Because you’re a hetero man that doesn’t automatically mean you’re stronger than a masculine gay, a feminine gay or a trans-woman. Because you’re a trans-woman that doesn’t automatically mean you’re weaker than a hetero man, a masculine gay or a feminine gay.
There are very weak and very strong men (and everything in between those two extremes) who’s hetero, masculine gay, feminine gay or trans. That has always existed. It also exists among women.
So if a trans-woman’s male partner abuses him, I’d suggest he quits estrogen and show him that he, too, was born with that precious Y in his sex chromosome. But don’t think enduring abuse at the hands of a man makes you a woman. Don’t be delusional that it affirms you’re a woman. If you can’t do anything about it, it affirms you’re just a weak man.
Now let’s continue with abuse from someone else.
Trans-women and gay men, oftentimes, suffer a different type of abuse at the hands of men than women and weak hetero men. Women and weak hetero men get abused, because they’re weak. Duh! Trans-women and gay men get abused, because they behave in a way that contradicts gender stereotypes.
Oftentimes, a violent man beat a weaker hetero man, hits his gf or wife, harass or rape a woman or lesbian because it’s a power thing to him. So cause fear, humiliate, force submission, compliance etc.
Oftentimes, a violent man hits a trans-woman or gay man because he considers them a disgrace to the, let’s say, “male species”. A crazy, violent man thinks he can beat the woman out of a trans-woman or gay man. BTW, not all gay men and trans-women are weak.
So, again, it’s all about strength. Biology! But trans-women aren’t the only type of males that suffer abuse at the hands of a stronger male. Weak gay and weak hetero males do too. But they don’t use that to say they’re women. Get real.
No, they’re not. As I wrote before, the patriarchy relies heavily on the physical differences between men and women, not men and men. A trans-woman’s biology is still male, whether he likes it or not. If he wants to pretend he’s weak like women, that’s his prerogative. But believing that won’t make him a woman. If you’re weak, you’re just a weak man. Those exist too and they’re not considered women.
Seriously, women want to escape the patriarchy while trans-women seem eager to be victim of the patriarchy. They seem to think that confirms or affirms they are women or their “womanhood”. They think that being beaten, catcalled, groped, intimidated and fearful of men, because men can’t tell some of them are males, make them victims of the patriarchy. That’s hilarious! BTW, all that stuff is more a byproduct of the patriarchy
IMO, the difference in physical strength between men and women gave birth to the whole patriarchy. And the female reproductive system (trans-women have the male variant) will prevent it from ever dying. So all biology, baby!
IMO, it all started way back in prehistory or something. As the stronger sex, men were hunters and providers. They defended their family and/or clan. Women had kids and took care of them. They’ were homemakers and took care of the crop.
Long story short, that simple way of living, which was logical in prehistory, changed with time. Many things were added to it and they were never in a woman’s advantage. Everything added (obviously by men) excluded women and kept men on top. Women must marry, carry husband’s surname, no property, no vote, no education, no job, no income. Unless a trans-woman can hide his biological sex in a convincing manner from laws, none of what I mentioned will affect him.
Fast forward to the 21st century, in which strength isn’t that important anymore, and women are still STUCK in a variant of the patriarchy. You know why? Mostly because women are still the ones who give birth. Moms want to be with their baby. They may never work or they may quit or start working part-time. So women take care of the kids and they don’t get paid for it. Yep, important part of the patriarchy. No income and oftentimes depending on the husband/bf for everything.
Men, on the other hand, oftentimes still get paid more, because the old fashion way of thinking was they had to provide for their family (stay-at-home wife/gf + kids). That may have been one reason to give a man the promotion too. Another reason to give a man the promotion is men don’t get pregnant.
There are studies that show that boys are stronger than girls at all ages, in the upper and lower limbs. So before, during and after puberty. I hear many coaches want to coach a trans-woman athlete or want a trans-woman on their team, because that will really increase the athlete or team’s chance of winning.
Anyway, besides the XY-chroms, there’s one other very important thing that estrogen won’t change and that’s a trans-woman’s reproductive system. He will never ever get pregnant.
Oftentimes, employers invest money to prepare an employee for a certain job. They don’t want to lose their investment. Heck, employers don’t really like to lose any employee with just a lot of work experience within the company. Training new employees cost time and money. And the newbie will have to also go through a period of inefficiency till she or he gets use to the job.
Well, employers won’t have to worry their male employees and managers will start working part-time or quit after having a baby. I bet you that most employers would love to have just male employees. So to give women equal opportunities, legislators came up with gender quota (female quota), which means a certain percentage of everybody hired and in high positions should be female. If d*cks in frocks, who can’t get pregnant, are considered women, who the heck do you think the employer will fill the gender quota with?
Again, women will be left with nothing. Women used to lose to d*cks in pants, because of the old way of thinking that men are providers and women stay-at-home caregivers. Now the modern way of thinking is that women should lose to delusional d!cks in stockings in the name of compassion and inclusion.
So do you trans-fossils see why biology is important? A woman’s biology is the reason she’ll always be prone to male violence and she’ll always be stuck in some variant of the patriarchy. That’s why discrimination laws should be based on biological sex to create safe places for the weaker sex and to create more opportunities for the human who needs time to give birth to other humans and then needs time to take care of them too. Discrimination laws will be rendered useless if you consider d*cks in gowns women.
