Paris, that beautiful, totally unique city of one of kind elegance and charm. It's maze of narrow alleyways and broad avenues providing an early summer of discovery and wonder. It has lent such beauty to our film and will always live in my heart as a special place. Tom and I however, decided to drive a very large truck down one of said narrow alleyways. We discovered that it didn't fit....and wondered if anyone would notice. The good news though, is that they are allowing us back so we can celebrate our world premiere event there on July 12th! I can't wait to return and, this time, avoid joy rides with Mr Cruise.

Facial hair controversy.

There's just something about Henry Cavill and his facial hair, isn't there? First of all the moustache was digitally removed for Justice League which cost a whopping $25 million (£18m) which caused a bit of a stir.

And now people have started to notice that his facial hair seems to be self-generating from stubble to a full beard during a short clip in the trailer for Mission: Impossible - Fallout.

Putting everyone straight, this Twitter user said: "I'm not sure if you're aware, but this is actually a trick of the light interacting with Henry Cavill's face and movement and that in high resolution, non-gif form the magic beard growth isn't a thing."
