Only 14 critics reviewed S1 and only 6,503 members of the audience voted. This is a SW live action series. SW is a massive franchise with a gigantic fan base. I can’t believe so few fans voted.

Some conspiracy theorist (mostly DC geeks) think that Disney and Marvel are paying critics for good reviews. I used to laugh at them. But after seeing this, I’m starting to believe that their theories are not as far-fetched as I originally thought. RT should explain why TM is getting this special treatment from them.

That's a subtle way to get people interested in a series. They let critics with a positive opinion of TM review S1 so it would get a very high percentage from the get go to pull more viewers in. TW was lucky. Critics tried to sabotage it by giving it a low percentage at first, but the fans didn’t care. Some critics didn’t even watch the whole thing. How can you call yourself a critic if you need everything explained to you? English aint my language and I could follow the timelines without much trouble.

Some critics are confused by the cinematography. Duh! The continent is huge and not everywhere has the same weather. Dark, cold Cintra is in the north. The south is supposed to be colorful and warm.

Some critics criticize the use of modern words like spa and f-ck. Is a fantasy story. It isn’t really medieval. And Spa is the name of an ancient town in Belgium. That name is known since Roman times. That town had spring water, which was rich of minerals. People with iron deficiency would go there for treatment. Some years later, the Belgium concept was combined with Roman’s and the spa turned into medicinal bathing in England.

Disney+ isn’t available around the world yet. For example, we can't hire the streaming in Latin America yet. Those who have seen TM have been trough ilegal downloading , perhaps this lack of global availability influences the number of voters.
