I know it can be fun to speculate, to gossip, and to dive into our own personal echo chambers on the internet, but your "passion" is misplaced, and it causes harm to the people I care about most. Even your most conservative of negative assumptions about both my personal and professional life just aren't true. Let's embrace this age of social enlightenment together, and move forward with positivity. I am very happy in love, and in life. I'd be enormously grateful if you were happy with me. If you can't bring yourself to be happy with me, then at the very least try to do yourself proud and be the best version of yourself.

Some wondered why HC posted that and close the comment section. Well, haters went too far. I had no idea NV’s mom died a few years ago. That was a real shock. So this is bad.

According to the sleuths, NV posted a post about her mom on Mother’s Day and she left the comment section open. I think to give others in a similar situation a chance to share their story. Some find it therapeutic to read other people’s stories and to know they’re not alone.

Apparently, NV also wanted to share some info that could help others like her. She wrote: …a grief support organization called Our House. Before my mother died I didn’t know this type of thing existed, and I’m so, so grateful that it does. IMO, another reason to leave the comment section open in case people have questions or want to share their experience with that organization.

HC liked the post and posted a heart. IMO, that's fine. Well, haters didn’t think so. My oh my, why would these delusional animals think it’s OK to write this kind of sh*t under a post like that?

But before you laugh or call me crazy, the brain hormone serotonin, which regulates the mood, goes up with bright sun light and it goes down the less bright the sun light is. There are also studies that show that things like humidity, rain, clouds, fog, atmospheric pressure etc. can affect your mood. You can feel aroused, happy, tired, dissatisfaction, irritable and even suicidal. HC and NV looks like they’re enjoying themselves, even though it’s chilly, foggy and may rain any time.

 Durrell challenge adventure today with Team Cavill! Nik, Charlotte and I have now done 5 years of Durrell Challenges together! This year was slightly different, though. Having just got over a muscle injury, I thought it wise not to run 13k. So we walked our way through the parks of London instead. This also meant that I could bring Kal with me for a Durrell Challenge first for me and him! Slightly overcooked the distance on my route planning as well, but a few extra in the bag can't hurt.#DoItForDurrell #DurrellChallenge2021 #DurrellWildlife @DurrellJerseyZoo @TheDurrellChallenge
