It’s SM’s 80th BD.

For 80 years he has been saving our tails and indeed perhaps our souls. Inspiring us to be greater than we thought ourselves able. He's certainly changed me, given me hope, allowed me space to push myself beyond the limits of my patience. Truly, what would a world be without Superman? He paved the way for all of our favourite heroes even if he's not yours personally. A huuuuge thank you to the incredibly talented artists and writers over the years who have given us so much. Within us, Superman will now live no matter how old he gets. Happy Birthday my friend.

Cruise wanted to do a skydiving stunt where he jumped out of a plane at 25K-30K feet going 220 MPH and in doing so, grabbing Henry Cavill’s character in mid-air. During the sequence, they are both struck out by lightning, with Cruise’s Ethan recovering only to make his way to Cavill, and resuscitate his character’s oxygen tube.

Cruise and McQuarrie then showed off a 15-minute sequence (which, action-wise, buries both the extended footage from Disney’s Solo: A Star Wars Story and Universal’s Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom) whereby Cruise and Cavill smash their truck into a prison truck motorcade traveling through Paris; the key truck they’re hitting containing the villain from the last movie. That truck plummets into the Seine filling up with water. Cruise and Cavill escape on motorcycles,

Cinemacon! Our first showing to world what we have in store for you guys. I am so excited for you all to see this movie so get ready to strap in to your cinema seats on July 27th and dont bother wearing socks because this movie will blow them off!! July?! I hear you cry. Cinemacon was more than just us showing off though, I had the privilege of sitting at Tom Cruise's table while he was being honoured with the pioneer of the year award. I always thought the employees were just pissed. You can’t refuse posing for the company pic because that’s impolite. So you feel forced. That’s not fun.

HC should enjoy life too. He shouldn't be under stress the whole year. One film, an eight or ten episode series and a few campaigns a year. Let fans wanting more.
