Maybe something with his dad. His dad hasn't been at the durell races the last 3 years, and he didn't attend the BvS premiere in LOndon

He said "this" year has been hard. HC long since replaced his dad w/Dany, and his dad -- as of last year -- was well and working.

I know! I saw that and thought the same thing. Personally, I didn't see MB as the famewhore but more of the love-scorned bf. Now, EB, she is the famewhore for sure! I can't wait to see her recipes dedicated to her "favorite" celebs that she met on set. I wonder what her recipe will be for HC, her main competition.
Man, I have to give it to the Blevins. They keep it interesting. Did you see the post that MB posted. I love this line:
Aw, he still misses HC.
I do know that they tried to patch things up, because HC offered JL premiere seats, which were orchestra seats by the way. Heck, Corey and crew got the balcony!
Anyway, I think HC did MB wrong in dumping him as a trainer for Dany's husband. That was pretty smarmy of Dany to force her client to take on her husband as a trainer. It's very reminiscent of Harvey Weinstein forcing his clients to wear his fashion designer wife's (Marchesa) clothes. Personally, I think the rest of HC's family side w/the Blevins, because they still communicate with them.

So can someone give me a quick synopsis of the demise of the Blevins? Last time I saw them with Henry was 2 years ago at Durrell. Is that when it happened? If so, why are they still bitter?

From what I heard they had their own tickets to the JL premiere. Henry didn't give them to him. Looking at erin's ig stories from the premiere, they were seated in a different section from where henry and his group sat. Plus looks like henry ignored them at the after party.

All I know about the seating is that the Blevins were seated in the orchestra section. Corey and Crew were in the balcony.
I do believe HC gave them the tickets, because shortly before the premiere, MB posted the link below, notice that MB is wearing a Superman t-shirt. MB said he was always a fan while wearing a Superman t-shirt. Then, he hashtagged JL.
Before all of this, MB never made an obvious clue, who he was referring to in his posts, and then they went to the JL premiere. I don't think MB would have said that if HC didn't extend the olive branch.
Moreover, I saw the envelopes that the tickets came in, and EB peeled off the label.
Why would a famewhore do that, especially one who is going to dedicate recipes to her favorite celebs she met on the one set she happened to visit?
Well, a famewhore would do that if she's spiteful and didn't like the sender, HC. On the other hand, Corey & Crew showed their envelope and it still had the label w/the sender being HC.
Although I have no proof, I'm sure he did, and I'm sure there was always EB to cockblock, if they did. I'm telling you those two don't like each other.

Durrell was the beginning of the end of the lovefest, because if I'm to believe MB's posts that were in their first draft, HC stopped coming to the gym and wouldn't talk to him. That's when the Blevins started doing all of these fitness competitions. I was wondering how MB could leave HC behind if he was supposed to be training him, and people were wondering at the time how big HC's part in JL was if MB could leave London to do these things.
Mind you, MB says he doesn't believe in distance training. He is always present with his clients, so it was very odd when he wasn't.
It did seem as if HC wanted MB to do the mud run with him, but I guess things had soured by then. So, HC had to use someone else. I think the Stratton writer was used to fill in for MB. I did suspect things went south long before then, especially when the Berlins visited and the whole gang wasn't seen in its entirety.
According to MB's blog, there was no communication, even when he tried to communicate.
It was obvious HC wasn't in the gym that much, when people were commenting on his lack of definition immediately following the end of filming for JL. Notice the comments.
Compare that to this and notice the definition is way better here, when HC was actually in the gym w/a trainer:

In MB's posts, he was referring to "the client" as moving on and wanted something new, but the client didn't give him a chance to see if he can accommodate him. It wasn't revealed until late 2017, that HC made it known he was training w/his manager's husband, Dave Rienzi. HC posted a pic of himself at Dave's gym door. I guess HC had a second thought about it, because he removed the post from his IG like a few weeks ago.
That gym pic must have been a smack in the face to MB, and it was odd that Dave was trying to take credit for the Superman body, when he didn't train HC in person if at all. Notice he hashtagged Supermangains on his posts about HC. This came out around the same time as HC took the pic at Dave's gym, so this was a one-two punch to MB.
So, in summary, it appears to me that Dany made HC use her husband as his trainer much like Harvey Weinstein made his clients use his fashion designer wife's dresses to premieres. I think that pretty much sucked for MB, and HC should have stood his ground. However, HC has signed over a lot of control to Dany in hopes of having that Rock-like career.
