Supposedly, this is what HC's character will look like in the Witcher.

Interesting. I thought the character had a beard. It would be interesting to see if they’ll be doing any nudity or sex scenes in the movie (a la Game of Thrones) given what is seen in the game itself.
If he is doing this Witcher series (assuming he doesn’t back out at the last minute like what happened before), then wouldn’t that mean MOS 2 (if it’s really happening) won’t be happening for a while?

The character does, but I guess HC didn't want to mess w/any facial hair in case he gets called in to play Supes.
Well, WB's slate is full, so the TV show wouldn't interfere. Witcher shoots from Nov to May of 2019. Please read the following post.

Okay, these guys are saying what I theorized before that in April 2018, HC/Dany's demands were turned down by WB. They are pretty much supporting what Grace said and a lot of other sites.
Theory, after their crazy demands were turned down in April by WB, it meant no Supes for HC, so in May 2018, he went for the Witcher role. From May to August, it was pretty much crickets from WB, so HC accepted the offer to play Geralt in the Witcher.
It starts at 10:00

From what I heard the sex scenes are in the video game, but not so much in the books. Also, there basing the series off the books cause the video game takes place where the books end

HC looks as if he's out as Superman.

She's delusional and so is HC.
Contract negotiations broke down because their demands were too crazy. They were acting as if HC was sitting high with successful runs as Supes which was not reality. They thought they were holding all the cards and called WB's bluff. Well, WB sees HC as just another man in a cape. I've said that before that all of these superheroes are deposable.

It reads more like someone who is trying to save face because she knows she may have torpedoed her client’s future career. If she really instigated the hardball negotiations, I cannot believe she did that! One would think she would take note of the fates of Brandon Routh, Andrew Garfield, Edward Norton who all got easily replaced by the studios. Unless his movie were Gal-Gadot-successful, he has no real leverage to play hard-to-get. And hey, even Gal Gadot can be replaced if the studio gets really pissed with her for some reason and if that WW sequel flops.

This got me thinking.
Do you remember that crazy remember that you posted about HC wanting to renegotiate his contract? I didn't believe it, because he really didn't have any cards to play. He was coming off a major flop after another one. I couldn't wrap my head around why he would want renegotiate his contract for five more films or something like that.
That is crazy thinking.
I really think Dany is on something, and HC isn't that bright. As a result, he will blindly follow like sheep, because he sees how big DJ is.

What exactly is this news saying? What is fake? I read it and I don’t see much difference to what had been said before.
No MOS 2 is in the works - CHECK - that has been confirmed months ago when WB was more thinking about Supergirl (and may I add, a Joker movie of all things!) This is not news, this is a rehash.
And I’m sorry, there was clearly ‘a conflict’. Perhaps not about timing, but something else. (Most people didn’t buy the timing conflict anyway.) The conflict is about pay, and about him REFUSING to make a cameo appearance in SHAZAM, which I think is stupid. You don’t have a Superman movie in the pipeline for a while, so the least you can do is REMIND people that you are the MAN OF STEEL, and that you will always be the MAN OF STEEL. Why let down the fans? (But hey, he may still show up as a very late add on. They can do that sort of thing.)
The last paragraph is also a not news, that’s a given.
My take with that sentence is that he MAY play Superman again, ASSUMING the next MOS director chooses him for the role and he and the studio end their pay “conflict”. What if the director doesn’t choose him? What if the studio head gets annoyed with him, and says: “Take a walk!”
At this stage of his career, if he was truly successful, any director chosen by WB to direct the next MOS movie SHOULD HIRE HIM BY DEFAULT. A good example is Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man. RDJ made that role successful, any director who directed a movie which required Iron Man, had to have him as Iron Man — that is, the director have no say whatsoever of hiring someone else to play Iron Man. By contrast, HC right now, seems to be where he was when he was cast by McG in his Superman movie, until Bryan Singer took over and replaced him. To me, it would be better if TMZ reported that HC will play the MOS in the next Superman movie REGARDLESS of who the director is, but this is clearly not the case here.
I also wonder who “the sources” TMZ spoke to? Because I feel it’s the same people who tried to make all these non-news stuff into a bigger thing to create this big social media flare to boost someone’s profile. To me, it reads like someone who is NOT SECURE in their role, that they would have to resort to this ploy, probably to convince some studio executives that they “are relevant” and “loved” by the fans, so it would be a big mistake for him to be let go.
