Well, why can’t Rock ask him? They seem to be friends...

I doubt that DJ will be too concern about someone else's livelihood. Let's not forget his two F&F costars and how he into it with them over filming. Tyrese didn't want DJ to do a spinoff before the next installment of F&F, but DJ was F-it! Then, he was in a beef with Vin Diesel.
I doubt DJ lets anything gets between he and his coins.

I get your point. DJ is an alpha type so him and Vin Diesel who is also an alpha won’t mesh together. But HC seems more like a Beta type, someone who’d defer to the Alpha so I would think DJ won’t mind having him around. (Except, HC, IMO, is better looking than DJ despite DJ’s strong charisma).

Yes, DJ wouldn't mind having him around, but he's not thinking about employing HC. On top of that, HC is better looking, which doesn't serve well for DJ. All of that leaves nothing for HC.

Dang, this is quite a long clip from MI6.

In real life, someone would have been seriously injured already (ie paralysed or even brain damaged). That Asian character is quite something to try taking on both Cruise and a hunky Cavill whose size made him look slow and clunky. I guess all that jujitsu or judo training was for this scene?

At least, there should be some broken bones, but I guess one has to suspend belief. It's a good fight scene, but it's not high octane enough if you compare it w/other action movies.

I wonder what projects do HC, CC, and Ben have in store.

Is it a vehicle for HC to star, or would Ben have his moment on screen too?

I'm sure that close-eyed Ben would love to have a part.

I don't know if this is all fan fiction but it's interesting.

The fan fiction aspect vibrates strong on this section:
I would like to know, on what basis is he going to be a bigger star? His Superman didn’t glow as bright as Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman, nor was it as popular as Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn. Robbie I heard got that producer deal. Ben Affleck has a longer CV and despite his duds, has a good track record as director, so I could see why they would offer the producer deal.
If HC’s Prometheus is partnering with Dany’s Seven Bucks, I could see it happening — but I’m not seeing that. His last attempt of producing fell down with a loud crash with the debacle called Stratton.
In the meantime, I haven’t heard of any solid announcements for MOS2, but there is a solid announcement for a Joker: Origins movie. https://deadline.com/2018/07/joker-origin-pic-starring-joaquin-phoenix-gets-2019-release-from-warner-bros-1202429093/
Wow! The arch villain and nemesis of Batman gets his own movie but not yet a sequel for MOS2.

By the way, I was flipping through the cable guide, and I saw Stratton was going to be aired.
Well, there is Friday at Comic Con.
It's odd that a villain would get a movie, unless they are going to show how he turned evil. If they do a Wicked take, I can see this happening.

Well, it’s an origin story of the Joker, so it would show how he turned out the way he is. I’m wondering if they’re going to base it on the graphic novel, The Killing Joke. I also would like to see if Batman would make an appearance in this movie. I just can’t imagine a Joker movie without him.
Joaquin Phoenix is playing the Joker, so this movie is going to played seriously and dark.
The other big announcement I heard from DC was a Batwoman TV series.
Would there be a MOS 2 announcement? Or would they finally announce when the Green Lantern Corps or The Flash or the Batgirl movie or Suicide Squad 2 or Justice League Dark movies would come out. MOS 2 is not the only movie DC fans are waiting for.

Then, they would need to use a younger Batman.
I hope not too Dark. The Dark Knight-darkness is okay, imo.
DC needs to hold off on these pics. I know it's their job, but they aren't making good movies.
