Before Gaga....there was a girl name CHRISTINA AGUILERA. She did weird outrageous outfits before Gaga copied & paste from her along with a list of other females. I know people here like to downplay Christina impact and popularity but from 1999 to 2008 Christina was that beep.

No one said Gaga invented weird outfits. Just like Britney didn't invent being blond and bubblegum pop. Xtina did that before Gaga but it wasn't until Gaga came along that the pop world really started doing it.
As I stated earlier, no pop acts have invented anything. But there are pop acts that make stuff a trend.

I said many times that people copied her weird looks. I’m just refuting your claim that Rihanna’s good girl turned bad girl image was due to Gaga because that’s just not the case. I already cited Nicki as a copier, Beyoncé biting off one of Gaga’s BR video looks, and talked about Xtine’s Not Myself Tonight mess many times. I never said Gaga has no impact or isn’t a pop icon, it’s when you randomly sneak Rihanna in the category of copycat that I chime in when LOOKS wise she’s always had her own style and was one of the only girls post-Gaga blow up that stayed doing her own thing. Nobody compares the two for a reason because there’s nothing to compare them with.

Yes a few girls copied Gaga but not the whole industry. Especially since Christina, Rihanna and others did it before her. As for the names it was popular before Gaga.
Only thing i give her credit for is EDM music.

The shoes were serving Bad Romances realness let’s be real. I don’t think it was a total copy I just think because Gaga was so in your face with the type of looks Xtine started to do again it came off like she was jumping on that crazy outfit bandwagon.
That said the way Gaga was complicit with Pigrez annihilating Bionic was beyond foul.
