Sidwell was the buyer a year ago. For the sale from Ava to Sidwell to be finalized, the Cassadine money, inheritance, and title needed to be reclaimed from her and a new heir named in Ace Cassadine.

I thought that but what is Sidwell's beef with Sonny that he would blow up his penthouse? From what i recall, Sidwell only had interactions with Sasha, Holly, Jason, and Anna? right?
