The way Olivia "died" in the GH ER is pretty much exactly how Lesley Webber's "death" played out in '84.

Oh, I wasn't thinking about who helped her escape. Hmm. Yeah, I would say Colton was the likeliest person along with the government/Witness Protection. She could have a grudge against Colton if he was supposed to join her but instead stayed in PC, distracted by the latest damsel in distress.

Honestly, I'd be happy to hear that Colton joined her and she made him wear a Duke mask for 30 years. Aside from that, meh.

I did like Colton with Carla Greco though. I really don't think he was in on the coverup. I would think Olivia's body was brought to the GH morgue, just like Lesley Webber's was. I forgot where Stefan picked up Lesley, wasn't it the GH morgue? Maybe dedoc remembers.

I'd like something crazy, like Olivia had a child wherever she ended up after being smuggled out of GH. Nurse Amy is the perfect age to be Olivia's daughter lol

The resurrection of Lesley was a terribly written story that ultimately served no purpose (she was barely used). Originally Bobbie and Steve ID'd her when her mangled corpse was brought into the ER following an icy car crash (off-camera). Then years later we hear that somehow Lesley was poisoned with some drug that simulated death, placed in the wreckage to be found, taken to GH to be identified and swapped out with a random corpse and scurried off to Cassadine Island. Stefan intervened, Helena has intended to kill Lesley but Stefan rescued her out of love for Laura. The drugs scrambled Lesley's brains and she was catatonic for a long time after returning. I guess it was a closed casket funeral (also off-camera although we did see the wake at the Webber house).

Just want to clarify that TW has not wrapped up her SL but yes, she does end onscreen at the end of March. The studio went dark for 2 weeks & TW has stated that she misspoke when saying she was done before then. She stated that she has more to tape after the studio reopens, which I think is this week -??. (Sorry, I lost track with all our IMDB posts now gone. lol) She added that she's sure she'll be back though so it sounds like they don't kill her off this time. It was also reported that she got in trouble for saying all that too. lol Hopefully her farewell interview will tell lots more.

Thanks dedoc. With a car crash it's so much easier to pull this off. Whereas Olivia was shot in open court and was still alive and attended to by Tom Hardy and Harrison Davis at GH ER. Colton was also by her side when she "died" in the ER.

Someone must have revived her in the GH morgue and spirited her outta there lol
