"Part 2" doesn't mean "Season 2".
If you want them split by "Parts", you can use this episode group.

on imdb it's mark as season2
files mark as s02e01
it's broken links to episodes
there is no such parameter "part" in the series, there are episodes and seasons and many content management systems are designed for this

Each site has its own set of rules.
The links given in this previous content report clearly indicate that Part 2 is the second half of the 1st season.

By doing this, you have only created problems for many systems that use this database. You already have 10 messages about this.

"For what it's worth, Deadline, Entertainment Weekly, and Rolling Stone all call "Part 2" the second half of season one."
honestly, i would say netflix take precedent over what deadline, rolling stone may say. They clearly title the second part episodes episode 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, NOT 6-10.
The rule's generally are what the original broadcaster goes with. The original broadcaster in this instance is netflix, and they have numbered the new episodes 1-5 indicating a new installment / part / season etc, not what some interpret it to be.
