Episode 37 was released July 01, and then each next episode should be adjusted. (38 on July 08 and so on)

The dates are correct. Like it says on the On Air section of the official website, the anime returned with new episodes on July 4 at 2:23am Japan Standard Time, effectively July 5, on MBS, TBS, and CBC.
The July 1 date is for the advanced "broadcast" on DMM TV and d Anime Store prior to airing on MBS, TBS, and CBC.
