There seems to be a recent back and forth on whether this should be considered "Cancelled" or "Returning".

From the TV Contribution Bible:

Every series is assumed to be returning until an official cancellation/end or after an abnormally long hiatus.

I could find nothing official about it being cancelled. Given that there were two years between Season 2 and Season 3 airing, I wouldn't consider no-news as being "abnormally long" (and that doesn't even consider that there have been WGA and SAG strikes).

Based on that, I've set it back to "Returning".
