The Comedy Central website says the episode has a runtime of 21m 15s. TMDB rounds up the runtime so 22m is correct.

Hmm, BBC iPlayer has it at 20m32s. Maybe they cut something...

CTV also has a different runtime for the episode (21m 29s) so maybe the BBC version either cut something from the episode or removed something that is only relevant in the US, like a Comedy Central intro or some closing logos. The BBC version could also have the credits sped up but I'm not sure about that one.
