Amazon has uploaded the ep # 5 with this thumbnail, but it think they used the wrong image. I agree with Jett and I still think this image is a BTS photo from ep # 3 (check scene from 0:45:45 to 0:46:17).

I don't think the users who uploaded the pictures are at fault here since Prime Video itself uses the image as the thumbnail for episode 5. I think most people would assume that the thumbnail used for an episode is from a scene of said episode.

With that out of the way, I haven't had time to the show but the image Prime Video uses for episode 5 (this one) does not appear in any way, shape, or form in episode 5, at all, and is instead from a scene in episode 3, correct?

Hi! Yes that's correct! As I mentioned before, that image is a BTS from episode # 3, check (check scene from 0:45:45 to 0:46:17). Also, this image from ep # 7 should be deleted as well, as I think it is a BTS from episode # 6 (check scene from 0:54:06 to 0:55:32).
