If we're not introduced scores of POV characters & factions ASAP, with their conflicting interests and traits, it's likely to end up as yet another cheap cash grab poor linear storytelling, limiting the potential for surprises and broken hearts over their demise.

Thanks, that'll prove useful since I couldn't bring myself to finish GRRM's related book. I'm still disappointed by this prologue though.

You are welcome. I haven't seen it yet. I'm waiting for it to finish the season, then I will subscribe to HBO for one month & binge it. But I'm not a fan of Matt Smith, so that dampens my enthusiasm a bit. But I am looking forward to the dragons.

I watched the first episode on YT & my mind is not changed about MS.
