There are some differences, since this series is a Danish/Norwegian collaboration. The Original TV Show language is really both Danish and Norwegian and the series has both a Norwegian and Danish homepage. It has different posters in Denmark and Norway, showing either the Danish or the Norwegian couple in the series, respectively. It is the exact same series though. It is about 2 couples, one couple Norwegian, the other Danish.
Collaborations like this and more than one original language / homepage / poster is normal in Scandinavia. Danish, Norwegian and Swedish languages are so close to each other that most people in these countries understand all 3 languages.
There is no option on TMDb to add more than one original language / homepage / main poster though. Which is why the content on the duplicates differ slightly.
