It's a "Crunchyroll Original" in the US, and likely other countries as well, but the anime doesn't air on Crunchyroll in Japan (I don't know if the service is even available in Japan).

How other databases decide to organize the anime is up to them.

The page says it's the first episode of "虚構推理 Season2" (which is true) but they also call it #13 multiple times in that page and the episode page only calls it "第13話."

As per our rules, as long as the episodes are numbered continuously, they should be added to the same season. This is the case here as this episode is officially numbered as episode 13.

The episode was specifically called season 2 episode 1, titled #13 the name of god.
