This series was first released on Czech TV (on 2013-01-31) and only 2 months later on the Slovak RTVS (on 2013-04-05). According to our Contribution Bible, only the first release can be considered when setting origin country:

Origin Country
The origin country should be paired with the original air dates. It is the country where the show originally aired in.

Both Slovak and Czech could be set as origin country only if the show was released in both countries on the same day.
