What's in a name?

Inquisitors' names are - usually - unknown. They are called Brothers or Sisters. Third Sister's name is Reva.

Will the others now also be given a name or is Reva an exception?

If she is, what could be the reason?

Should fans ship Obi-Wan Kenobi and Reva?
