In a late series two-parter a traveling troupe of showbiz performers stopped in at the 4077th when one lady in their group had appendicitis. Another lady, Brandi Doyle, tried to move really sexy for two young enlisted men. They just had no idea who she was!

In a recent posting I talked about how Louise Sorel was in Airplane 2 probably just because she was a mild girlfriend to the film's star William Shatner at various times. But, irregardless, Louise Sorel was highly beautiful and sexy and fit into it perfect all the same.

The same cannot be said of then sixtyish Gwen Verdon playing Doyle on Mash. She looks and seems and simply is well really over the hill. Her sexy attempt is so miscasting and misfiring how did she even get into the TV show doing this MAJOR embarrassment of an act?
