Season 9: Wrong order of episodes in German translation?

Starting with episode 2 of season 9, the episodes seem to be mixed up in German (de) translation. Englisch (en-us) version seems to be fine. According to my German DVD set, correct order of episodes should be:
- Feind spielt mit
- Kleine Brieffreunde
- Bakterien und Beton
- Die nackte Kuh
- Man lebt - man ist tot
- Notieren Sie, Max!
- Auf die Army!
- Ein göttlicher Segen
- Der große Reinfall 10.Operation Freundschaft
- Bei Hitze nicht schlafen
- Kühne Träume
- Doch nicht prostituieren!
- Harmonika und Hochzeitstag
- Zuviel des Guten
- Mit unangenehmer Wirkung
- Gesundheit, Hawkeye
- Weiter so, Hochwürden
- Ein fabelhafter Gedanke
- Die härteste Realität

... and, may be, episode 19 of season 10 should be named "Das blaue Wunder" in German (de) translation.

Indeed. The main episode list has to follow the original airing on CBS, and the international translations have to match the original data. I don't speak German, but I followed Fernsehserien.
Please be aware that the episode order on DVD and/or international release do not always follow the original airing order. That being said, the episodes now seem to match your list.
Yes. I locked the German titles of both episodes.
