Who Is On The Loud Speaker?

We never see the guy we hear on the loud speaker. On numerous occasions, we've heard him announce incoming wounded or whatever when Radar is at the communications set up. Where is he?

No, it's not Igor. I know the actor who does the loud speaker. He played a wounded soldier who was making money as a black market dealer. I want to know where the other microphone etc. are. As I said, we've seen Radar at the communication board when an announcement is heard and Radar isn't doing it.

I dont know from what exact location the PA annoumcermade his announcements.
