Can you please provide proof that the show is also called "E Se...?" in Brazilian Portuguese? The Marvel Brasil trailer uses the English title while the Marvel Portugal trailer is the one that uses "E Se...?".
I also accessed the Brazilian Portuguese and European Portuguese websites for a split-second before they reverted back to English and the show is called "What If...?" in Brazil and "E Se...?" in Portugal. It only loads the text before reverting so the title graphic might be different that the text but here are some screenshots.
