Extra Details: Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters has 5 seasons not 1. Episodes 50-97 should be season 2 episodes 1-48. Episodes 98-144 should be season 3 episodes 1-47. Episodes 145-184 should be season 4 episodes 1-40. Episodes 185-224 should be season 5 episodes 1-40. This is how this series is listed in all other databases (IMDB, TVDB, RottenTomatoes, etc.)

The original Japanese broadcast does not have any seasons, only continuous episode numbers from 1 to 224. As such, all episodes should be added to a single season.
