Extra Details: Ok, so after looking around at both TMDB and TVDB, there is no consistency with WWE shows but having it as one season makes the most sense. Other are also free to chime in as I've seen it edited back and forth on different shows (including myself who recently changed this show to 2018, 2019, 2020).

They allow a "sort by year" function, but they are not separate seasons. I think it would be best for all WWE shows (24, Chronicle, 365, etc) to be set up as Season 1 only. Having "Season 2018" etc, also causes issues with Plex as TMDB seems to report it as season 1 but it's labelled as season 2018, etc.

Same as WW24, it makes sense to me for there to be one season.

Sounds good to me! I'm not sure if you have the power to mass-change the episodes, but that would be much better. I think I would need to re-do it from scratch if I were to change season/episode order.
