Overview

　　玉帝的妹妹瑤姬同凡人書生楊天佑私定終生，還生下了三個孩子。得知這一切，憤怒不已的玉帝殺死了楊天佑，還將瑤姬壓在桃山之下永世不得超生。幸好哪吒及時趕到，才將瑤姬的孩子楊戩和楊嬋從玉帝的屠刀之中救下。

　　長大之後，楊戩成為了太乙真人的徒弟，習得了一身了不起的本領。楊戩想要救母，哪想到玉帝派出了十個太陽，將瑤姬曬死。憤怒的楊戩大鬧天庭，玉帝發下了大水，然而，這水沒有淹死楊戩，卻落入了凡間，一時間生靈塗炭。楊戩決心先放下他同玉帝的恩怨，和妹妹一起到人間治水。
