The episodes are and should be listed the way they were originally broadcasted on France 5.
On the Inathèque (the French site of the legal depot), the episodes going from November 30, 2007 to December 28, 2007 are simply numbered 27 and above without mention of a 2nd season.
If you think that France 5 has broadcasted these episodes as a 2nd season, please provide us an official proof.
