Amazon releases new content at midnight GMT on the advertised date. Midnight GMT on April 29 is the evening of April 28 in the US (this is a US show).
Should it turn out to actually be released on April 29, the dates will be updated.

If they were going to release it on April 28th, they would definitely say so in their promo materials and press releases.

As indicated by @raze464 , Amazon releases new content at 0h GMT on the advertised date, which means the evening of the previous day in the US. The listed dates are correct.
