Are they believable as lawyers? I want to see chemistry between opposing counsel, but they keep helping each other so not a lot of friction. Anyone feeling any heat?

Yes, it's a very poor imitation of J.A.G. The actors and actresses on 'The Code' are cute and likable. They'd be great on a Hallmark movie, or on a soap-opera. But they certainly aren't Marines. They're not capturing the military atmosphere very well.
