The Halloween episode (2019)

The Halloween episode that aired last night was absolutely hilarious. Often, anymore, this series' episodes are quite lame and disappointing, though I thought last night's episode completely nailed everything, spot-on and to the max. It all had me LOL numerous times.
I thoroughly enjoyed the episode, start to finish.

I started out liking this and then it kind of dribbled off for me and I just cancelled my recordings last week so I missed this. maybe I'll check it out because I generally like these actors and I do like the style but it just wasn't "there" for me recently

I definitely know exactly what you mean, Rudd.
I for the most part enjoyed Season 1 a lot. However, except for the Halloween episode of S2, this season's episodes have been more inane than funny. I was the other week right on the verge of abandoning the series - then watched the Halloween episode and am, for at least the time being, back to feeling on track.
My fave thing about the show is the extremely dysfunctional separated married couple, the Bowmans - particularly quite militant Kay! That woman is crazy, and the actress - Lennon Parham - portraying her is hilarious. Meanwhile great chemistry and comedy timing between the series' two leads.

I watched it last night. VERY funny. Everybody was on and the scenes were hilarious, lol.
