Taeko, works at a foreign-affiliated financial firm. Takeo finds herself rebuilding a small company that was recently taken over. She soon encounters conflicts with the workers there, who are working to develop geothermal power as a future energy source. Takeo at first views her assignment as a demotion, but she devotes her in making the small company profitable.

The drama is based on the novel "Maguma" written by Jin Mayama.

Taeko travaille dans une société financière étrangère. Elle se retrouve à restructurer une petite entreprise qui a été récemment rachetée et rencontre rapidement des conflits avec les employés qui travaillent à développer l'énergie géothermique comme source d'énergie future. Takeo considère d'abord sa mission comme une rétrogradation, mais elle se consacre à rendre la petite entreprise rentable.

La série est basée sur le roman "Maguma" écrit par Jin Mayama.
