The Netflix Italy website uses the original name of "Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities." Since the Italian name is the same as the original name, the Translated Title field for Italian should be left blank.

Then I can 100% tell you IMDb is incorrect since, as mentioned in my previous reply, the Italian name is the same as the original name.
