Extra Details: The title presented here "The Dictator's Rulebook" is a secondary tittle. The correct (official) one is "The Dictator's Playbook". For reference, here is the official page . As far as I can tell, for whatever reason, national geographic was the first to use the term "rulebook", but this is a PBS Documentary production, thus the original "Playbook" should be kept. Maybe "Rulebook" should be added as an alternative.
