Brainwave: "It won't be six states I reprogram. It will be half of the country."

In the final two episodes S1E12 and S1E13 the new JSA must stop the ISA from carrying out their plan to control the minds of half of the country: Project New America.

Courtney and Pat are attacked by Sportsmaster and Tigress. In their first fight Stargirl was beaten, but lived. Now, the supervillain couple have returned to finish the job.

The ISA start controlling the minds of the adult population, including Pat. He, as S.T.R.I.P.E., attacks Stargirl.

Beth succeeds in blocking the signal, and Pat and Barbara regain control of themselves.
