Discuss DC's Stargirl

"I was but a lowly, yet loyal page, cleaning the horses' stables. Yet King Arthur himself bestowed to me his sword. Upon his deathbed, he told me 'Heroes can come from anywhere'."

Justin Arthur (Sir Justin, a.k.a. Shining Knight) (Mark Ashworth) was born in the Medieval Times of the legendary King Arthur. He was one of the Knights of the Round Table at Camelot and fought many battles, until that fatal day when he and his trusted, winged horse Victory were buried alive in an avalanche caused by the ogre Blunderbore. Fortunately they did not die, but were only frozen in suspended animation until their discovery in 1941.

There was a war going on and not much time to mourn his family and friends long gone. He had to quickly adapt to the present times and decided to fight evil in the twentieth century and beyond.

Together with other superheroes of the Golden Age (the Vigilante, the Crimson Avenger, the Green Arrow, Speedy, the Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy) he formed The Seven Soldiers of Victory and went on many heroic adventures.

Then after the defeat of Nebula Man, The Seven Soldiers of Victory were caught in an explosion and scattered through time and space. Shining Knight lost his memory and wandered around from place to place.

He is last seen working as a janitor at the Blue Valley High School.

"I was following the dragon. Yes. Yes, that was it. All of you soldiers were scattered and gone. But the dragon still needed slaying. I fell. I was captured. They stole my identity from me. They'll do it to us all! That's what they want."
