In episode four of season 1, Stargirl recruits Yolanda Montez (Yvette Monreal) as member of the new JSA. She becomes Wildcat.
The original Wildcat was her godfather Ted Grant, who possessed 'nine lives at any given time'. He was a former heavyweight champion and martial arts expert.
Yolanda is proficient in boxing and martial arts too. Will she also have nine lives?

I wonder if Carcharo (her cousin) will show up in future episodes.

Well, she has a brother in this episode. He is called Alex (Alejandro). In the DC comics he is her cousin, who she considers more like a brother.
There are different versions of Alex. In one, JSA #50 (2003) and JSA #58 (2004) he fights Eclipso and in another, Earth 2 #10 (2013), he is chosen by The Red to be its avatar.
I don't think he will be Carcharo, who is unnamed in the comics.
