Wikipedia can't be used as a source. If you believe la7 originally released the two specials as regular episodes of the first season, I'm going to need proof.

They are episodes that have been transmitted on different days than regular dates to follow some events. They do not fit the definition of "Specials" according to https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/tv/59f73eb49251416e71000026#59f7445c9251416e71000039
This is not a tv series with numbered episodes. The tv channel just list all the episodes by date, not number. https://www.la7.it/propagandalive/rivedila7
Also, these kind of episodes are also present in the other seasons and are correctly included as regular ones.
I think that, according to your rules, they should be moved away from the special section and added as regular ones.
