Please look through the previously answered content issue reports before creating a new one. Netflix released the first season in two parts, as you can see on Netflix as well as their press website. There is an episode group for the three parts.

I readed abou that Season Splitting (Season 1 20 Episodes / Season 2 - 16 Episodes). But what Netflix Say and what Netflix do doesnt seems to match - or why they are listed as Season 1 -11 Episodes / Season 2 - 9 Episodes / Season 3 - 8 Episodes on Netflix itself?

hm, for me there are shown 3 seasons when i follow that link... but the .com/title80223989 changes automatically to .com/ch/title/80223989. So it seems to be depending on the region you are from...

All German Sites for informations about tv shows i use list it as 3 seasons, and season 4 coming... But its ok. i just was wondering why that show only has 2 seasons on tmdb...

Netflix chooses to release the episodes in "parts" -- parts 1 and 2 make up season 1 and parts 3 and 4 make up season 2.
