Extra Details: The episodes in the Specials season and Season 4 are duplicated.

As per a press release from the original broadcaster (BBC), Series 3 was the "third and final series":

There is therefore no Season 4 and the episodes in Season 4 should be deleted as they are already present in the Specials season.

Despite the "From My Sofa" episodes being grouped together, the actual Series (Season) 3 was released later, meaning the "From My Sofa" episodes were Specials.
